Genovese and with temperamento

Very nice apartment with two big rooms, very helpful and informative post-it inside the house, fully equipped as mentioned. Simona was responsive almost instantly. Also, I loved the retro elevator! Finally, the air refresher was amazing 😍

Parking is not exactly easy as you have to find an empty spot in the area. It is public and free on the other hand but you test your luck. The apartment is on top the main street so there is some noise at night.

Lovely & spacious. Managed to get parking, free, right outside. Apartment comfortable. There is a supermarket below the building. Great pizza shop around the corner. The host was responsive in messages. Did not meet her.

Unfortunately, the fridge was not on when we arrived. The shower could do with a larger mat or rubber mat on step as slippery when water overflowed past panel.

It is okay for a few night stays

- Old lift threw me back. It was nice to experience such a lift - The building. It is really old but gives a different feeling to be in with its really high ceilings - It is far from the main city center but nevertheless it is centrally located - It was clean and smelling nice - The lady was helpful and also kept a parking spots right across of the apartment - There are many pizza restaurants around and I ate a very nice pizza there - Right under the building, there is a supermarket but I waited in the queue at least 20 mins. - Right under the building there is a coffee shop which is too cheap with a nice quality. The stuff is such friendly and amazing people. Go and have a chocolate croissant and coffee there in the morning. - Bus station is too close and takes 20 mins to get the city center - There are many information all around the kitchen. Nice to read them. - There are toys for children

- Poor sound isolation but bedroom is still okay - I was afraid to park the car outside and did not have a nice feeling at all - In the early morning, we woke with a barking dog sound and we thought that there is a dog in the apartment but later we realised it is next door naighbour's dog. Barking took too long and we could not keep sleeping anymore. - When you walk downstairs then one floor down is smelling bad - The balcony is such dirty since it is next to the street but the floor may be mopped a bit - There is no any night curtains

Wonderful stay in La Casa di Pepe

La Casa di Pepe well exceeded our expectations. It is a clean, bright and spacious apartment with wonderful high ceilings, tastefully furnished and decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent - next to a bus stop, with a supermarket, greengrocers and cafe in the same building with another greengrocers and a bakery just across the street. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. And the host Simona was absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful and accommodating. She was there to greet us when we arrived and was happy to be contacted throughout our stay - she gave us valuable advice how to reach the local attractions and where to eat, even booked a restaurant for us. I can't praise her high enough!

Perfect Apartment with everything you could need even as Family/for a longer stay

It is a beautiful apartment, offering everything a family up to 4 people could ask for. The contact until entering was absolutely super. Also the young man that welcomed us and showed us around left not open any possible information we could have needed before we even had to ask for it ourselves. For our welcome it was bought 4 pieces most delicious Focaccia Genovese. Thanks for everything again!

Genova is not my favourite city. For that my only reason not to go there again is that I don‘t want to visit Genova again!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht! Ins Zentrum von Genua geht man ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bardzo przyjemny nocleg! Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane i dobrze wyposażone. Sypialnie są duże, a łóżka i poduszki wyjątkowo wygodne, dzięki czemu świetnie się wypoczywa. Gospodyni była bardzo miła i pomocna — zdecydowanie polecam!

Habitaciones muy amplias

La ducha es un peligro, tienes que subir un escalón para acceder a ella y resbala muchísimo. El A/A no fue capaz de bajar la temperatura 27⁰ y además se paraba sólo. Tengo el mismo mando y NO ESTABA PUESTO EL TEMPORIZADOR. Está muy lejos del centro histórico pero bien comunicado por autobús.

Disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario. Brava persona, peccato che essendo li di passaggio nn abbiamo potuto godere di un bel bagno, ma speriamo di farlo il prossimo anno. Vista mare al mattino meravigliosa!

Es war etwas schwierig, einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu finden. Die Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze überfordert, es war sehr warm in der Wohnung.

Buona struttura per brevi soggiorni

Struttura spaziosa e accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort. Arredata con gusto, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i giochini messi a disposizione per i bambini. Odore di pulito.

Nonostante gli infissi, il rumore proveniente dalla strada si sentiva di notte. Il condizionatore, nel corridoio non è posizionato in modo da sfruttarlo a pieno soprattutto in queste giornate calde. La bimba ha gattonato per tutta la casa e a fine serata aveva i calzini neri.. segno di una pulizia non proprio impeccabile.

Klimaanlage steht im Flur. Bei diesem extremen Wetter bei +35 Grad war nicht ausreichend. Einen Ventilator im Schlafzimmer wäre hilfreich. Ansonsten Super Wohnung. Vielen lieben Dank!

Appartamento in posizione molto comoda a tutti i servizi: supermercato, farmacia, tabacchi, fermata bus per il centro a due passi. Proprietaria gentilissima, oltre a fornire una spondina da mettere nel letto per la nostra bimba di un anno ci ha addirittura fatto trovare un cesto di giocattoli. Appartamento luminoso, pulito e fornito di tutto (e più) il necessario.

Parcheggio non facile da trovare (ma questo non dipende dalla struttura). In ogni caso consiglio il soggiorno in questo appartamento

Bonne adresse à Gênes

Très bon accueil de notre hôte, qui nous a expliqué les commodités du quartier et comment aller en ville en bus (arrêt juste à côté) mais aussi nous a donné l'adresse d'un bon resto traditionnel de pâtes à proximité. L'appartement est grand et confortable mais ne comporte que 2 grandes chambres, cuisine et salle de bain.
