La casa di Pepe - Appartamento centrale luminoso

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la Casa di Pepe ed è stata senza dubbio la scelta migliore che potessimo fare. Simona si è mostrata fin da subito disponibile, attenta e premurosa. A causa di un errore nella prenotazione su Booking, risultava registrato un solo ospite anziché due, ma ci ha assistite con grande professionalità, aiutandoci a risolvere il problema. Ad accoglierci è stata Maria Rosa, una persona di una gentilezza disarmante, attenta a ogni dettaglio e dotata di un’umanità davvero rara. Dopo il concerto di Olly, purtroppo, i trasporti pubblici si sono rivelati ancora poco efficienti e siamo rimaste a piedi nel cuore della notte. Nonostante l’orario improponibile, ormai passata l’una, Maria Rosa è venuta personalmente a recuperarci, dimostrando una disponibilità davvero straordinaria. Che dire poi dell’appartamento? Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, pulizia impeccabile e tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Per noi è un 10/10 meritatissimo. Grazie ancora a Simona e Maria Rosa per la disponibilità infinita, la cura e l’umanità che vi contraddistinguono. Persone così fanno davvero la differenza e rendono un soggiorno indimenticabile.

La ubicación, fácil aparcamiento. La amabilidad de la propietaria

Cuando llegamos tuvimos que llamar para que nos abrieran la puerta de la escalera. Las llaves estaban en la puerta del piso. Si llegas tarde esto es un problema

Appartamento arredato con gusto, spazioso e molto luminoso. Le stanze sono ampie e l’ambiente nel complesso è piacevole e accogliente. Anche la proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile, pur non avendola incontrata di persona.

Purtroppo però la pulizia andrebbe migliorata. In particolare, in una delle stanze le coperte non sembravano essere state cambiate: erano presenti peli e si sentiva odore di sudore. Questo dettaglio ha rovinato un po’ l’esperienza, perché per un alloggio turistico la pulizia della biancheria è fondamentale. Peccato, anche perché un altro cliente aveva già segnalato un episodio simile e la proprietaria aveva risposto che la biancheria viene sempre cambiata. Nel complesso l’appartamento ha un buon potenziale, ma consiglierei maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e al cambio completo della biancheria tra un ospite e l’altro.

- Old lift threw me back. It was nice to experience such a lift - The building. It is really old but gives a different feeling to be in with its really high ceilings - It is far from the main city center but nevertheless it is centrally located - It was clean and smelling nice - The lady was helpful and also kept a parking spots right across of the apartment - There are many pizza restaurants around and I ate a very nice pizza there - Right under the building, there is a supermarket but I waited in the queue at least 20 mins. - Right under the building there is a coffee shop which is too cheap with a nice quality. The stuff is such friendly and amazing people. Go and have a chocolate croissant and coffee there in the morning. - Bus station is too close and takes 20 mins to get the city center - There are many information all around the kitchen. Nice to read them. - There are toys for children

- Poor sound isolation but bedroom is still okay - I was afraid to park the car outside and did not have a nice feeling at all - In the early morning, we woke with a barking dog sound and we thought that there is a dog in the apartment but later we realised it is next door naighbour's dog. Barking took too long and we could not keep sleeping anymore. - When you walk downstairs then one floor down is smelling bad - The balcony is such dirty since it is next to the street but the floor may be mopped a bit - There is no any night curtains
