I stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and many thoughtful amenities—including coffee and bottled water—were already provided, making my stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the view is absolutely stunning, and it was one of the highlights of my stay.
The owner was also outstanding. Communication was always clear, and every message was answered promptly. They were also very accommodating with my late check-in after 8:00 p.m., which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning to stay in Genoa.
The apartment is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. Since I was in Genoa for a conference, being so close to the venue was far more important than the stairs, so it was not an issue for me. However, guests with heavy luggage should keep this in mind. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was also very convenient, making everything easy and enjoyable.
