Exposed stones Apartment - History and Aquarium

Szuper az elhelyezkedese, tenyleg a belvaros sziveben van a lakas. De sajnos pont ez az elhelyezkedes tette tonkre a varosnezesunket is.

Carloval nagyon konnyu es gyors volt a kommunikacio. A lakas Szuper tiszta, es a hirdetesben jelzett kliman kivul, mindennel felszerelt. A nyari foglalasra valo tekintettel, mindenkeppen klimas lakast kerestunk, ahogy ez a lakas is meg van hirdetve. Sajos erkezesukkor vettuk eszre, hogy ez nem igaz. A lakas nem klimas, csak egy vacak mobil klimaval van felszerelve. Mivel a nappaliba elhelyezett mobil klima a zaj es a minimalis hutesi teljesiteny miatt szinte hasznalhatatlan, raadasul a haloszobat egyaltalan nem huti be, kenytelenek voltunk nyitott ablaknal megprobalni aludni, mely lehetetlen kuldetesnek bizonyult. A lakas az epulet 1 emeleten talalhato, es nyitott ablaknal olyan mintha az utcan laktunk volna, egy padon. Alattunk uzletek, ahol egesz nap uvoltott a kulonbozo nemzetisegu zene…oriasi kavalkad. Persze ha csak varosnezesre mentunk volna a kornyekre, akkor erdekes lett volna, de igy, egyaltalan nem tudtunk pihenni, 1 nappal hamarabb el is hagytuk a szallas, es masikat kerestunk.

Excelente ubicación y amplio apartamento en el centro de Genova. Decorado con madera natural, con cocina y menaje. Todo muy bien

Very spacious, clean, conveniently located apartment. Host is very nice. Had I taken the apartment during any other time of the year, as in a cooler time of the year, I would have given it a grade of 8 to 9. Sadly, I didn't, which leads me to the comment below...

Frankly speaking, this apartment is not air conditioned. Yes, it has a portable Haier in the living room but the machine is so ineptly installed any heat extracted from the air is radiated back into the room. Result- the temperature in the room hovered near 30C regardless of whether the machine was on or off. Worse, the bedroom has no direct connection to the living area and is even hotter. Expect long, uncomfortable nights.
