Niente. La struttura non esiste !
La mancanza di serietà. Dopo aver saldato tutto, 1 ora prima del check-in si è rivelata la truffa dell’ inesistente alloggio e Zena proposte alternative. Terribile.

la vista dalla casa e gli spazi ampi
Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro, due adulti e due bimbi. Non mi è piaciuta l'aggiunta economica per la biancheria che immaginavo solo per gli asciugamani e non anche per le lenzuola perchè non mi era mai capitato, la mancanza della moka per il caffè la prima mattina ma poi hanno provveduto il giorno dopo avendoli avvisati, ho trovato facilmente la chiave per il check in ma non sapevo come aprire il portone poichè essendo chiusa la portineria non mi avevano informato che c'era la vigilanza che rispondeva la notte. Ho dovuto così attendere che entrasse qualcuno anche perchè ho provato a chiamare al cellulare della struttura ma senza successo. Non c'erano scottex/tovaglioli/strofinacci che abbiamo dovuto acquistare, nel bagno non sapevamo come appoggiare le cose, UN SOLO ROTOLO di carta igienica già iniziato e pure quasi alla fine pertanto abbiamo dovuto acquistarla. Non una spugnetta per lavare i piatti che abbiamo dovuto pure questa acquistare !

Review van Appartement in Genua (3 nachten)
Onze ervaring met het gehuurde appartement in Genua was helaas niet zoals we gehoopt hadden. Het begon al met de communicatie voor het verkrijgen van de sleutels. We kregen instructies buiten de Booking.com app om, wat voor verwarring zorgde. Ook bleek er een restantbedrag te zijn dat betaald moest worden via banktransfer of PayPal, in plaats van de oorspronkelijk opgegeven creditcard, wat onhandig was.
De locatie was ook niet helemaal zoals aangegeven op de Booking.com website, wat het vinden van het appartement moeilijk maakte. De sleutels moesten opgehaald worden uit een slot met een pincode buiten het appartement, wat nogal omslachtig was.
Toen we eenmaal binnenkwamen, waren we teleurgesteld over de staat van het appartement. Het was niet schoon, de bedden waren niet opgemaakt, wat we zelf moesten doen, en er was schimmel in de badkamer. De potten en pannen waren deels ongeschikt voor inductiekoken, wat erg frustrerend was. Bovendien bleek er een elektrische lekkage van 220 volt van de afwasmachine te komen, wat absoluut gevaarlijk is, vooral voor kinderen. Wanneer we de afwasmachine en de afwasbak tegelijk aanraakten, liep er stroom.
De omgeving van het appartement was niet echt toeristisch of aantrekkelijk, maar dat was deels onze eigen keuze. Het is belangrijk om te vermelden dat de mensen in de buurt vriendelijk waren en het eten in de regio was heerlijk, wat de ervaring enigszins opbeurde.
Al met al was dit appartement een teleurstelling en zou ik het niet aanbevelen zonder dat er belangrijke verbeteringen worden doorgevoerd, zowel op het gebied van communicatie als de staat van het appartement zelf.

Forse per 4 persone è un po' piccolo, il divano letto probabilmente è per una persona ma ci si può adattare!
