Well located large comfortable apartment with some minor problems

Comfortable bed. Large apartment. Good kitchen, large oven and fridgefreezer and microwave. Quick response to issues. Good coffee machine

Keys were initially confusing. Shower lacking shelf. No kettle. No blackout curtains. No aircon. Balcony small and off bathroom.

Super space to stay for Genoa

Super neat, clean & comfy apartment from which to access Genoa. Had everything we needed -even a small but good kitchen. Beds were comfy & nights quiet. Hostess really friendly, helpful & responsive. Neighbourhood very authentic, felt safe. Sadly only there a short while & out all day as would have liked to have spent more time here.

Property was fine but bit peeved we chose to be near train station and they did not run on Sunday! Bus journey long & interesting but doable to City Centre!

Great place to stay with family.

It is perfectly equipped and large. Very cost place. Washing machine was a huge asset after a week of traveling. Loved that refillable bottles with everything you might need in the bathroom.

It was very hot. If I haven’t been to Italy before, it would be a challenging communication - owners wrote only on Italian.

Great! Interesting, unusual part of city, good restaurants near to spotless, well equipped apartment

Breakfast was minimal but that didn't matter to us. Location was very interesting, down by the docks, and there was a trong, good, contrast between the location (local market street) and the spotless interior of the apartment. Free parking very close by.

Not made aware that the apartment is on a pedestrian road and a little tricky to find.

Very - very nice.

The flat is really nice, the kitchen is fully equipped, even capsules with tea, never seen such a thing before! Also in the bathroom, you will find all you need like in 5 starts hotels. All is clean and spacious. The surrounding is nice,

Parking is public parking, it is really near to the flat, 3 min walk but google maps will not show you the right way... we entered by mistake under a sign that it is only for local cars to take things from the car, that was completely unnecessary - from parking, it will be less distance.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. A cosy and clean apartment with all the necessary things - washing machine, coffee machine, drinks and snacks, hair dryer, etc. Had a good time :)

La cura ai particolari

Sono già diversi anni che usufruiamo dell' ospitalità di B&B, Agriturismi, e alloggi di privati ma "le case di Elisa" ci ha stupito. Tralasciando i lati positivi già presenti nelle altre recensioni, che condividiamo, vorremmo soffermarci sulla cura di certi dettagli. Troverete in una cucina perfettamente attrezzata, brioches, acqua (3 bottiglie) latte e tutti gli ingredienti per cucinare compreso una raccolta di spezie! In bagno spazzolini, kit medico e tra i mille barattolini anche il colluttorio. Insomma una cura e un'attenzione alle piccole esigenze di cui potresti aver bisogno che spaziano dal kit per cucito al portacenere, ma sul balconcino! Tutte queste attenzioni le avevamo già trovate, ma mai tutte insieme. Il materasso, i cuscini, la posizione sono poi cose soggettive; noi siamo stati bene!

Solo un consiglio: un appendi asciugamani 😊

Appartamento super spazioso, bagno grande e soggiorno ampio, adatto a qualsiasi tipologia di ospite, sia famiglia che viaggiatore singolo. A 16 minuti di auto da Genova, con stazione del treno vicina e fermata autobus fronte strada.
