Welcoming host

It was a big and beautiful apartment well put together and clean. It had the all the needs necessary like Washing Machine, fridge etc.

The apartment is placed in a highly trafficked zone which makes it really hard for sleep and rest due to the cars on the street, early in the morning. Using the bus 1 to get to the city centre is uncomfortable, as the bus is very crowded no matter the hour and it takes a long time. Preferably, use the train as the distance from the apartment to the train station can be walked in about 10 minutes.

Excellent value for money, good location, high level of service.

The sea views are great, and there are a number of excellent restaurants in the area (some cheaper, some more expensive, but all very good quality). The bus stop in front of the accommodation makes getting to the centre much easier.

nice property and location but the sofa beds are so uncomfortable either to seat or sleep on them

the toilet stunk so badly plus is very small, so awkwardly designed, and the flat is on the top floor and no lift

Very good

Very good location. Accessible to shops and restaurants. Beach front property. Sea breeze and the sound of the waves are very relaxing. The view from the window is amazing. It is also near the train station and bus stops. The hosts were very nice, accommodating and helpful. The apartment looks new and modern. All in all it was a well kept apartment and is very clean, complete with all the things you need. That includes Netflix and Prime video for some late night movies. :)

The apartment is at the attic, 5th floor. There is no elevator, but we were informed by the hosts of the situation early so we did not bring huge luggage and they offered assistance as well. Going up and down was not so easy. The steps of the stairs were uneven, and the whole stairwell is not properly lit either and with the steps painted black, you have to really be careful especially at night. Wifi is sometimes very slow. We also had a hard time controlling the temperature of the shower.

Bellissima mansarda, posizione perfetta

L'accoglienza è stata calorosa! La posizione è davvero bellissima e siamo stati molto fortunati con il parcheggio gratuito in strada ☺️. La mansarda offre ampi spazi, cucina con il necessario per preparare un pasto. A noi, personalmente, è mancata la moka ma in compenso,ci sono molto bar! Collegamenti con Genova centro davvero ottimali.

... esprimo solo un'opinione personale: il bagno è molto stretto considerando gli ampi spazi della mansarda e la doccia non ha il box doccia.

Genütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement in toller Lage.

Liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, super Lage am Meer mit guter Busanbindung in die City. Toller Blick aus dem Dachfenster. Sehr nette Besitzerin.

Eigentlich war alles perfekt. Höchstens ein paar Garderobenhaken und auch Hängemöglichkeiten im Bad, Schrankfläche etc. könnten ergänzt werden, hat aber auch so prima funktioniert.

Proprio una casa "dei sogni"....

Abbiamo riscontrato cortesia e disponibilità da parte dei proprietari. L'appartamento è comodo ai servizi: bus, negozi ma soprattutto al mare 🤩 . Nelle vicinanze è disponibile un parcheggio a pagamento economico che è di supporto qualora non ci sia posto lungo la strada o nelle viuzze. Ottima pasticceria proprio sotto casa per la prima colazione! Non ci è pesato fare ginnastica per raggiungere il 5° piano visto che non c'è l' ascensore!!! La vista del mare affacciandosi alle finestre, ti apre il 💓 e ti fa sognare!

Un piccolo scorcio sul mare

Accoglienza meravigliosa e posto incantevole, tutti i sevizi pratici e localini dove mangiare ottimi. Stefania e suo marito sono gentili e disponibili. La vista del mare sarà sempre con voi, ci torneremo sicuramente ♥️

Ci vorrei tornare. Ottimi collegamenti con il centro storico di Genova.

Punti di forza: la posizione, la cortesia dei proprietari (che ci hanno fornito anche indicazioni utili su dove mangiare), l'ampiezza della mansarda, la possibilità di vedere Prime nelle giornate di pioggia, la cura nei dettagli (belle le decorazioni natalizie).

L'acqua tende a fuoriuscire dalla doccia perché quest'ultima è rialzata rispetto al pavimento. Lo scarico del wc è un po' debole. Piccoli dettagli rispetto all'insieme, estremamente positivo.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura, un appartamento in una mansarda recentemente ristrutturata e ben arredata L'ospitalità è stata curata nei minimi dettagli, la casa è fornita di tutto quanto necessario per una vacanza confortevole e di alta qualità. La posizione è davvero ideale, a pochi passi dal mare, dalle principali attrazioni e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, il che rende facile raggiungere ogni punto della città. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile, ogni angolo é curato nei minimi dettagli, l'alloggio accogliente e ben ordinato, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Un plauso speciale va ai gestori, Stefania e Giorgio persone straordinarie, sempre disponibili e pronte ad assistere in ogni richiesta, la loro cordialità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione che mettono nell'accogliere i loro ospiti. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un alloggio confortevole, ben posizionato e con una bellissima vista mare. Non consigliato a chi ha difficoltà a deambulare in quanto l'appartamento é posto al quinto piano senza ascensore, ( chiaramente riportato nella descrizione) ma chi é disposto a fare le scale sarà ben ripagato.
