A home away from home!

We loved staying here and I have to admit it was better than expected. It was only me and my partner staying but it is so spacious it could accommodate a family or group easily. It had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and friendly, just a message away. Private parking was great (although our large rental car barely fit!). A very comfortable stay indeed.

Spacious Apartment Ideal for a Family

- very detailed instructions how to get to the apartment; - the possibility of a late self check in up to the midnight; - free assigned parking space next to the apartment; - extremely spacious place ideal for a family; equiped even with a baby crib; - friendly and helpful owner; - high quality mattress.

- the apartment wasn't as clean as it should be, considering that 40€ out of 151€ was ment to cover the cleaning; - old towels with visible stains; - dangerous socket in the bathroom which was pulled out; - trash bin in the kitchen was already full and was not emptied before our arrival; - no bigger mugs for tea.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso

L’appartamento non si presentava in condizioni ottimali di pulizia: pavimento e sanitari erano sporchi. In una delle stanze, la coperta presentava macchie gialle e ho trovato alcuni capelli. Il materasso nell’altra stanza era estremamente scomodo. Al nostro arrivo l’appartamento era molto freddo e abbiamo dormito con tante coperte... Inoltre, l’insonorizzazione è insufficiente: purtroppo si sentivano chiaramente i vicini. Infine, anche se meno rilevanti, segnalo che il parcheggio è piuttosto piccolo (soprattutto in lunghezza) e la procedura di check-in è risultata eccessivamente lunga.

Séjour confortable pour découvrir Genes entre amis oue famille

Appartement spacieux et confortable, nous avons apprécié la place privée de parking dans la résidence. Train et bus à 5 minutes de l’appartement pour rejoindre le centre historique et le vieux port de gênes (à une 30aine de minutes). Restaurants et petits commerces de proximités dans le quartier très appréciables après une journée à crapahuter dans la ville. Disponibilité efficace des propriétaires en cas de besoin.

L’une des chambres à coucher n’est pas climatisée (à prendre en compte lors des fortes chaleurs estivales) elle dispose en revanche d’un ventilateur. Salle de bain assez rudimentaire mais suffisante pour faire sa toilette.

Fuori dal centro città, un'appartamento molto spazioso e comodo...

Appartamento molto spazioso, dotato di due camere da letto (da cui si vede il mare in lontananza), un grande salotto, una cucina attrezzata e un bagno. Grazie alle istruzioni dettagliate del proprietario e al check-in autonomo vi è la possibilità di arrivare durante tutto il giorno. Posteggio privato davanti all'entrata del palazzo (sono piuttosto stretti e corti, non proprio ideali per auto di grandi dimensioni). Fuori dal centro città, in una zona tranquilla, ma vicina a tutti i servizi.

In cucina vi era un odore sgradevole, in quanto non era stato svuotato il cestino dei rifiuti prima del nostro arrivo. Inoltre abbiamo dimenticato una camicia nell'appartamento che stiamo ancora aspettando, nonostante la promessa di spedircela dopo qualche giorno dal nostro rientro. Una gentilezza che sarebbe stata molto apprezzata!

Trop compliqué à l’inscription on a l’impression de subir un interrogatoire. Cela prend trop de temps . Des photos de passeport suffirait il faut encore montrer notre passeport avec notre tête . Jamais vu cela depuis que je loue en vacance . Pourrait simplifier.

Alloggio molto ben arredato e confortevole. In ottima posizione con tutti i servizi a disposizione. Facilissimo trovarlo e condizioni di accesso. Host gentilissimi e pronti alle richieste.
