Wonderful Apartment Hotel in the heart of the Old City

Modern, compact, washer and dryer available in the laundry room with laundry soap pellets provided, elevator, k-cup coffee machine, nice sized frig, superb support staff that answered every question promptly and clearly, right in the heart of old town. There is a tower fan that helps ventilate the small apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is well designed.

You have to walk up one flight of stairs outside to get to the floor with the key boxes. That’s a little hard for older folks.

Lovely Apartment

Perfect for short stays, easy walk to town. Close to stores, shopping and sights. Steep climb and stairs to actual building, but once accessed there is an elevator inside. Lockbox with keys, easy checkin. It is a studio w/kitchen...small but well functioning space. Clean. Comfy bed. Plenty of towels. Room blinds to block light. Washer & dryer access is a bonus. Wifi strong. Quick communication with staff to resolve issues: not truly air conditioned/fan was brought, laundry card did not work/another was made available. We were also able to dropoff luggage early while apartment was being cleaned.

Our stay was lovely. The only negative thing is it is impossible to shower and not end up with a pretty wet floor.

The location is close to the Catherdral and the Marketplace. Communications with the staff were also very easy and fast.

Would've been better to know which floor we would get in advance. The ground floor is right next to the street, so we had to pull the curtains for the whole time.

Home away from home spotless urban apartment a few steps away from the historical center

A few steps away from the historical center and nice area of town. The garage was full but the Einstein hotel public garage was very close and totally secure so we were fine. The design of the cute apartment was very nice and the bathroom shower was modern and beautiful. Everything was available for a longer stay such as a modern kitchen and privacy between the room divisions

Location very hard to find and steep hill to access.

This was a self contained apartment, which was very well thought out with all facilities. The laundry room was fantastic, and enabled clothes to be dried via a large fan overnight. The location was good but only if you are fit. Apartment was not signposted and it took 3 hours for us to find it, up and down very steep hills. Needs full instructions on how to find the address, as it is also not listed on the local map. GPS was not of much use either. Therefore great apartment if you can handle to steep hills, and you know where to go. We also asked many locals and no one knew the street.

Needs a map sent with the booking of exactly where the apartment is and notice that the access is steep. Even tried a Taxi but this was no help as they were not sure of the location, saying no cars were allowed which was actually false. Therefore with detailed instructions it would have been great place to stay.

They don’t have air conditioning.

Clean, comfortable, modern studio apartment.

We chose the property as they claimed to have air conditioning. They don’t. They have a fan, but you need to keep the windows open, otherwise it gets too hot. We were woken up multiple times during the night by people in the street. Not a restful stay. Their booking.com listing needs updated to reflect this. The unlocking code I was given to get the key wasn’t correct. A simple phone call and everything was sorted out.

Cute, practical, quiet

A comfy apartment right next to the old town but away from the bustle of the town. It had practically everything we needed, it is stylishly decorated and quiet. Great service from the reception.

We could use a second hanger in the bathroom, but really, the flat had everything.

Modern property, clean, good facilities, comfortable large bed. good cooking facilities. everything you need for a short or long stay. Good location near old town. Great electric blinds. Very quiet despite being near the front door. Sleep well!

Check in experience bit of a challenge as was given incorrect instructions via email for lockbox and room number. however, once rang management this was rectified. Also, need more specific instructions for washing machine ie- specific room cards power specific side of machines. We only discovered this as our washing got trapped in one machine and our card couldn’t power it again to remove it. However, despite this it was a very pleasant stay overall and we would definitely return! Management was prompt in responding.

Close to Abbey and old town, city center. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Elevator in building. Laundry room on ground floor.

Rooms are very small. only 10 inches between foot of bed and wall. kitchen area very small also, but have all essentials.
