We have stayed here before and might do again. I like the fact that the hotel employs and trains special needs adults. My husband enjoyed all the design features of the hotel interior. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and comprised of locally produced food and drink. Our room had a balcony which was a bonus.

Great hotel

Centrally located but quiet. Rooms and en-suites modern, comfortable and well maintained. Very clean throughout.

Our only suggestion would be to make the balconies non smoking. The balconies are right next to each other. Because there was no air conditioning we had the windows open. But then next door’s smoke came directly into our room.

Best choice in town

The location is perfect!! The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful!! The room has everything you need. Big plus for the amenities such as the free coffee and tea, and fruits. I liked the system better if it was in the room.

In the bathroom the glass wall of the shower was a bit dirty.

Clean, central, convenient!

Very centrally located, clean, friendly staff, good cause

Even though breakfast is officially offered from 7 to 10, a few things were missing at 9:30. But that‘s okay. What I didn‘t like was that the breakfast buffet was already being undone at 9:45 while we were having breakfast (in time). The parking situation in St. Gallen worsened in the past years - you can‘t leave your car on public parking overnight without paying. The hotel has a cooperation with a nearby parking for CHF 19, which is kind of a fair price. The parking garage, however, is rather tight.

Great for a sight seeing trip to St Gallen

This was a great option for an overnight stay in St Gallen, it is conveniently located close the St Gallen Abbey which you can reach on foot. The rooms are very functional and take full advantage of the provided space. The staff is very helpful.

Could not connect to the Wi-Fi but was only there for a sleep so did not bother to seek for help, I am sure there would have been a way around it.

Very friendly and convenient hotel. We loved St Gallen.

Extremely friendly and comfortable hotel. Great breakfast. We enjoyed our balcony facing the back of the hotel - so quiet. I particularly like the fact that the hotel employed some adults with learning difficulties.

There was a problem with the shower which had leaked into the bedroom on previous occasions and damaged the laminate floor. This had to be repaired whilst we were there but the hotel gave us a platter of 'snacks' ( which was enough for a meal! ) as compensation for the inconvenience.
