Very modern and nice hotel out of the city center

Nice hotel, very modern and well decorated. The room with a balcony was nice, and easy to ventilate with fraiche air. The under-grand parking with direct access to the room was good.

The TV in the room was very small. No coffee or hot-water machine in the room. The glass and water in the corridor is a concept, but it would have been better to have a bottle in the room.

It's a shame we didn't stay longer

The location of the hotel itself is unreal. Switzerland is truly beautiful, and when you stay in this hotel you can experience it. The interior is magical, so well blended that we were speechless. The accommodation itself offers a large number of fun activities for everyone. The reception staff were very friendly and very young and cheerful. The breakfast was great.

As we arrived late and left the hotel early in the morning, we had a great desire to enjoy the pool. However, this was not possible for several reasons - the pools and spa area are not located in the hotel, but in the shopping center across the street. That complex is open until 10 in the evening, and from 9 in the morning, and it's about a 5-minute walk there. We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 p.m., hurried to take a shower and put on our bathing suits to at least swim a little, and already at 9:40 p.m. they told us that we had to leave because the end of working hours was coming....

Great hotel next to Säntis Park

I really liked the location next to the Säntis Waterpark (which is what we went for!) and the space in the lobby to sit, read or simply have a drink. It was great that the waterpark entrance and waistbands were provided within the stay at the hotel for the 2 days we stayed, along with towels (that we returned to the hotel after use).

The Air Conditioning panel was really confusing, in fact so confusing we couldn't turn it on! it was so hot that it was hard to sleep. Every time we went to reception there was no one there to answer the question about the AC. They were there in the morning but not in the evening when the question about the AC was relevant. We gave up. They should abslutely have a "instruction sheet / translation" of the AC controls in the room to be able to operate it. In addition the "funky" hotel decor (part of the Revier chain) means that they have some interesting and dark wood decoration. Part of this decoration is a sign behind the lobby that says "F**CK THE DIET". As a native English speaker, I found this very rude and unnecessary. They should absolutely remove that sign, specially as there are a lot of children who stay at this hotel.

The room was clean and fresh. It has a kid-friendly restaurant on site. It also has a small indoor play area for kids.

Misleading photos and descriptions from booking.com and the hotel's website. All the wellness facilities and waterpark are actually not inside the hotel, and you have to pay extras for these. To access them, you need to leave the hotel building, walk across the street, and enter another building. This is inconvenient, especially in winter months. The hotel charges the price as a wellness hotel, but it has nothing onsite.

Excelent Hotel for family with comfortable rooms and very kind staff

Front desk was very very nice, we are a family of 4 and they put us together in the same room. The hotel is amazing just in the Satispark, and great option for kids. Also in the restaurant they received us very weel, even without reservation. Is our second time in the hotel and we will definitly come back.

The Staff are very friendly. It’s part of Water Park and the shopping mall. Excellent for family 2 days trip.

No coffee or cattle in the room. They put one pillow for each person and they go almost flat when you sleep.

Very nice to spend time in the water park or to drive and explore around

This hotel is very fresh and contemporary. Its design is clean and calming. The rooms are spacious and well appointed - seating area, nice comfy beds, balconies with Säntis views, pleasant toiletries, free mineral water and dried apples. The restaurant is a joy - both for dinner and breakfast. A big bonus is a free and queue-less entry to the water park.

The hotel’s location is random - there’s nothing of notice around really. The water park is not connected to the hotel - you have to walk outdoors before/ after visiting it. 2 reception desks are clearly not sufficient for this size of hotel
