Looks good on pictures, too noisy

It is close to the train-station and the room is designed in a smart way, very interesting and new

The rooms have no noise-protection whatsoever. I could hear everything from both sides of the neighbouring rooms, bathroom noise, phone calls and coughing, as if the neighbours were inside my room. I could not sleep at all, even with earplugs. Such a disappointment.

Centrally located hotel, too expensive for the value received.

Modern, stylish, next to the train station. Checkmin/out was great!

The gym is a 1-person gym. Arrivef at 6am and it was already occupied. The breakfast for 19.- was a bit poor. Would at least expect freshly made scrambled eggs. There is a weird machine doing it.

Perfect cosy room for short breaks

Brilliant location. Just around the corner from the train station and the town centre. Great transport links. Clean and tidy hotel. Rooms are cosy but perfectly formed for a short stay. I really like the decor throughout, with it's Japanese/ industrial style. Helpful staff, but there is also a self check in desk which is very handy. Bar on site with some sitting outside. There is also a place to eat. The bed was super comfortable. Quality pillows and covers. Brilliant shower also.

Great breakfast! Good coffee awesome bread varieties friendly staff. Sauna and hot tub were perfekt.

We expected a decent queensize bed with the usual Measurements 152-160 x 200 what we got as two adults was a 140x200 bed on 13 square meters we didn‘t even know how to unfold our suitcase in that shoebox of a room. The „gym“ or how they described it „workout“ was a teeny tiny room with one yes really one bike ergometer in it. I don‘t know how they could call this „workout area“ that’s a total joke. Parking is an additional 25fr a day in the garage. The price we paid for that audacity of a room will never be forgotten since I had like 2 hours of sleep a night. Open a window for fresh air and also get the whole street concert… the hotel should not rent out those rooms as double rooms I’m upset that I spent that much money for such a horrible stay.

Short stay but next time I will choose this hotel for sure

I like the location, the cleanliness, the staff! Amazing hotel in general. The lady at the breakfast made such a perfect almond milk latte that I almost cried.

For breakfast as a gluten-intolerant I would love to see some corn flakes or rice muesli, or some scrambled eggs, but there was only gluten-free bread on request and boiled eggs, that’s it.

Breakfast and location were perfect. Self-check-in was also nice and the staffs were very friendly. The room was quiet and nice, I like the style.

Floor was not clean enough with some dust at the corner, with sunlight one can see small dust flying in the air. No disposable slippers were provided. The elevator button on 6th floor had some problem.

Amazing new hotel inspired by Japanese style

Very new hotel with amazing Japanese style breakfast (also European breakfast options available) It is super close to the train station and has a beautiful view on St Gallen from hotel rooms. We didn't know initially what to expect as there were no reviews yet (the hotel opened on July 14), but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and affordable price. The hotel also has a finished sauna that all guests can use, and soon there will be a Japanese style hot tub!

Alles ausgezeichnet! Perfekte Ausstattung. Schöne, gut geplante Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten und Kissen. Sauna und Hot Pot zum Entspannen. Nahe an Bahnhof und Zentrum. Frühstück war ebenfalls perfekt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

l'accueil est très sympathique, l'hôtel est très agréable et très belle décoration

le petit déjeuner : pas de viennoiserie. 20 minutes d'attente pour avoir du pain congelé réchauffé au four et surtout le buffet est très axé sur le salé ( pas bon d'être français ! )

Nicht zu viel erwarten.

Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer entsprach den Bildern. Nähe zum Bahnhof ist super und mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht.

Das Konzept der Sauna ist nicht gut durchdacht. Nur der Saunaraum selbst ist textilfrei, wenn man rauskommt steht man aber direkt in einem "Glaskasten". Zudem fehlen Ablagen/Schliessfächer für persönliche Kleidung, da es Bademäntel und Handtücher erst an der Sauna gibt. Der Hot Tub auf der Dachterrasse kann nur mit Badebekleidung genutzt werden - diese Info wäre vorher hilfreich, damit man Badekleidung einpacken kann. Leider war das Hotelrestaurant bereits bei Ankunft ausgebucht. Man konnte online bestellen - bekam dann aber nur eine Mail mit "aufgegeben aber noch nicht angenommen". Als ich zur bestellten Zeit die Nummer des Restaurants angerufen habe, kam ich an der Rezeption raus, welche mir sagte ich soll bitte am Restaurant vorbei gehen. Dies habe ich dann getan und das Essen war bereits fertig. Etwas schade das es da keine weitere Bestätigung oder ähnliches gab. Zudem war das Hauptgericht nur der Fisch ohne Beilage - wäre schön wenn man darüber genauer informieren könnte. Es gibt einen Snack- Roboter leider war dieser ausser Betrieb.
