The Apartment was in a super location. Right up at the back of The Abbey. It was a 5-15min walk to everywhere in the city. It was spotless and so comfortable. The little kitchen had everything we needed for a morning coffee and one night we had dinner in. The towels and bed linens were good quality and the shower was a large walk in power shower. The bedroom was separate to the kitchen area which a bonus. Wifi was excellent also
There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was perfect for our 4 night stay.

Have you ever stayed somewhere so great that you didn't want to leave? That was this little apartment for me! It was bigger than my flat in London, with a kitchen/living area and a separated bedroom, which was perfect for when my husband wanted to stay up late watching TV, but I wanted to go to bed. We had everything we needed - a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, and the free self-serve laundry facilities were just on the other side of the wall from our particular apartment. Both the bed and pull-out sofa bed were so incredibly comfy; I got such amazing sleep! The staff included a very efficient fan to fight the August heat, but because this was the basement apartment, it stayed pretty cool most of the time. So don't worry that there isn't A/C - we were super comfortable without it. The bathroom was huge and one of the best showers I have ever had anywhere! The two TVs were great, easy to use, and excellent for a night in when it was raining. We didn't need parking, but it's there if you need it, and the location is only a 5-minute walk from the Old Town Square, where you'll find the funicular, lots of shoppes, the Abbey Library, and the bus stops. The staff was also so responsive and helpful any time that I contacted them. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again!
The people staying above us were a bit loud with their frequent stomping, but that's typical of any lower floor apartment. A sound machine was all I needed any time it happened, and it clearly didn't impede the enjoyment of my stay.

Location was great although at the top of a slight hill. After a full days walking and exploring we didn’t look forward to this.
The kitchen area had everything we needed and more and the bathroom has a nice powerful shower.
No door to the bedroom which meant when using the sofa bed you were all on one room and disturbing each other in the night for the bathroom etc. If we were staying longer than 2 nights this would have been a bigger problem but coped for a couple of nights.
Had trouble getting into the property initially but one phone call to the owner and it was soon resolved.

Good apartment . Clean and close to main attractions
Nothung really . Only one washing machine. Other people had left their washing in the machine all day for hours. I had to remove their things. Maybe have two machines for thst many rooms.

Small mistake for our arrival, our appartment was given to another family. Hopefully the staff was able to solve the situation in one hour.

Our apartment was next to the front door. We do not smoke so we liked that it was a no-smoking policy in the apartments. But that meant that the steps for the front entrance always had people sitting there smoking and drinking, from early morning until late at night. The smoke from their cigarettes goes straight into the windows of the ground floor apartment (only 1 metre away), so we had to keep all the windows and curtains shut all the time for privacy + to keep out the smoking and all the noise. It would be better if the smoking area was moved to the back entrance so that the first apartment does not have such a problem with noise and smoke.

Very nicely finished apartment in the ground floor. The building is close to the city centre (5 min downhill). You need to walk up a bit in case you go by foot

Schöne helle freundliche Wohnung mit sehr schönem Bad und super Lage. Optimal für 2 Personen.
Ab 3. Person mit Schlafsofa im Wohn-/Essbereich doch sehr eng, wir waren zu 4 Personen. Parkplätze sind recht teuer und etwas schmal, aber parken in blauer Zone nicht praktikabel da nur selten etwas frei ist. Leider recht hochpreisig.

Bien situé, bien équipé, confortable et spacieux. Vrais volets. Nous avons dû telephoner pour comprendre où nous parquer (l'emplacement etait occupé) et pour pouvoir entrer: le contact téléphonique était charmant aimable professionnel et utile (nouveau code et infos utiles )
Dommage que toutes les chambres communiquent et que la salle de bain soit à lautre bout de l'appartement, c'est deroutant mais l'on peut sans problème s'en accommoder.

Wij verbleven in de studio op de bovenste verdieping. Er is geen lift, dus dat was 5 verdiepingen de trap op. Dat was wel pittig, maar wisten bij het boeken. Vanuit het centrum naar het gebouw toe is ook de heuvel op, maar ook dat was bekend. Wel dichtbij het centrum. Ruime, nette studio; keuken was goed uitgerust met wat je maar nodig kan hebben; vaatwasser, oven. Parkeren kan voor CHF 20,- per dag naast het gebouw, wat heel fijn is.
De badkamer is erg laag. Je moet in bad douchen. Wij zijn ruim 1.80 m lang en konden in het bad niet rechtop staan om te douchen, zo laag was het. Dus douchen was voor ons niet erg comfortabel. Als je kleiner bent dan 1.70 m, dan is het prima!

Sehr gemütliche, helle Wohnung in einer guten Lage im Stadtzentrum. Einfache und klare Anweisungen zum Betreten der Wohnung, die pünktlich kamen. Es war schön, dass die Temperatur in der Wohnung reguliert werden konnte, was nach dem Duschen sehr wichtig ist. Die Küche hatte alle Utensilien zum Kochen. Sie war sauber.
Alles war super, nur eine Kleinigkeit fehlt: Wir hätten morgens gerne den Toaster zum Frühstück benutzt, aber Kabel und Stecker passten nicht in die Steckdosen in der Wohnung.

Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung hell und freundlich eingerichtet und so eingeteilt, dass es wie eine 2Zimmer-Wohnung wirkt. Alles sauber. Kaffee, Tee, ..., Putzmittel, alles vorhanden.

Die Lage in wenigen Minuten zur Innenstadt aber auch über Staffeln nach oben zu den 3 Weihern Kuh mit Glocken nah und im Wald einfach phänomenal! Wir hatten die Dachwohnung, dachte erst bei der Hitze 30 grad oh je! Aber im Gegenteil! Küche super ausgestattet: viele Teller Tassen und Gläser, mehrteiliges Besteck (Gold wäre nicht meine Farbe, aber passt) habe den Parkplatz mit gebucht, und das fand ich sehr bequem!
