Great option for a stop on a train tour

Great family room layout and comfortable sleeping couch for 2 adults and 2 small children. Felt spacious and well thought-through. Great location very near to the station, with multiple small shops and food stops in a 100m radius.

Busy check-in experience, but that was just a matter of timing.

A truly warm and welcoming stay from start to finish!!!

Lovely hotel with amazing staff, we felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The space was warm and inviting, perfectly located near transport (though the town is so walkable we barely needed it!). Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of variety, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. We even received an upgrade. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

Perfect location, Modern chic rooms!

Our Room was huge. The Safety chart behind the door reveals that the room at the very end of the corridor is the biggest, in which we stayed. it had 2 bathrooms, One with a tub and another with shower :). The receptionist was very warm and welcoming and parking was a breeze, as we were allocated our own parking spot

No mini fridge in the room, to keep our contents cool. No common amenities like a pool or at least a small game room

Great location, clean and comfortable

Great position 2 minutes from entrance to railway station. Reception staff werew very welcoming and spoke good English. Room was clean modern well lit and comfortable. Although a busy location the double glazing and other noise suppression works well. Plenty of lifts for size of property. Breakfast good with a wide range of cold food. Hot breakfast not up to UK standards but better than none. We got a discounted rate so also very good value

Enjoyable stay in a charming hotel!

We really enjoyed the location, the charm of the hotel and room, and the very good breakfast. We also had the possibility to let our luggage during the day, which was great!

We would hear well people in the other rooms, so insonorisation is not so good. Also, we could feel (very very mildly) the vibrations from the train

The location was good. Well done rooms and very clear. Facilities are decent.

The breakfast is very basic. This could be improved. I have been staying here for almost 10 times, which is around 50 nights. Since they do not have any loyalty program, I don't get any benefit of a regular/loyal customer. They even did not offer me a room on the quite side of the hotel.

Lovely stay

Beautiful, clean hotel, great breakfast unfortunately bar was closed over Christmas which was when we were there. So nowhere to relax outside breakfast time. Excellent location opposite rail station.

Herbal teabags & coffee in room wasn't replaced during stay.

Almost perfect

- The staff is excellent - The room was very big and soundproof, which I particularly appreciated - All facilities, including the room, were almost spotlessly clean - The location cannot be beaten - I got a free upgrade(!)

- The bed was two twin beds combined, which left a gap in the middle, so it wasn't the most comfortable night
