Clean place, kind personnel, in the very centre of St Gallen.

The position is definitely convenient, close to everything in the very center of the town. My room in the attic, the shared bathroom and shower were immaculate. The sink in the room is a plus.

Wi-Fi in the attic was sometimes slow.

Lovely overnight stay in St Gallen

Great location. Really comfortable beds in our room. Staff so nice and helpful. Nice small and friendly bar where a few locals made our stay so relaxing.

To be honest I cannot think of 1 single thing. I loved this hotel. It had everything I needed and required.

Disappointing

Good location, walkable distance from the gare and the Congress center

Loud area on the weekends. Old building so the floor squeaks and you wake up every time one of the guests walks in their room. Over a pub so when I arrived at night in my room the whole room smelled of cigarette smoke eventhough my windows were closed. I had a double bed in my room but only a 1-person duvet that covered only half the bed and one pillow for some reason

Friendly & helpful owner and barman. Perfect for my unexpected stopover in St. Gallen. Simple fuss-free sports bar downstairs, right in the bar district & very close to the town centre. Very comfy mattress.

Solo traveller visiting the sights

Nice rooms, great aesthetics, good staff, fantastic location.

Very close by is a bell that chimes every quarter hour. If you need to keep the window open due to the summer heat, this may disturb your sleep.

Facilité de le repérer, le trouver...Pour la chambre et l'Hôtel, des clés sont mis à disposition, donc très pratique... Pas de pt déjeuner, cela m'a surpris; en général, c'est "avec"; peut-être ai-je mal lu sur internet... Samedi soir: un peu bruyant dans la rue passante :) Serviabilité et flexibilité du personnel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass kein Aufzug vorhanden ist, was besonders für Familien oder mit schwerem Gepäck etwas umständlich ist. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, aber ein Aufzug würde die Erfahrung deutlich verbessern.

スタッフはとても親切で、部屋は清潔で居心地が良かったです。共有シャワーとトイレでしたが、部屋のすぐ隣にあるため、特に不便は感じませんでした。ロケーションは駅から徒歩すぐで、レストラン等もたくさんあり、良かったです。スイスとしてはとてもお得だと思います。

窓が少し閉まりにくく感じました。9月でしたので問題はありませんでした。階段が少し急でしたが、スタッフが荷物を持って上がってくれました。
