Central, modern and clean hotel, with contactless check-in

Centrally located, nice and modern rooms, and easy check-in even late at night. Check-in is fully automated and contactless, so if you want concierge services go somewhere else - for everybody else I fully recommend this hotel!

Excellent location and great experience

Very conveniently located to the train and old town areas. The building is very quiet and the staff are fantastic. If you arrive early, you’re able to drop your bags with the concierge at the hotel across the way.

There are no refrigerators in the rooms but there is a communal one in the lobby.

Hotel was a great location. Bed comfortable.

Some issues with late check inn but staff very friendly and apologetic. Could benefit from A/C.

Very strict on 4pm check in. Only one terminal, no staff to assist only a telephone which was for the hotel across the road that actually own it. Not great when the football was on in town.

Very responsive, happy to do everything for a comfortable guest experience. I interacted witj three different receptionists amd each was top notch hospitable. I would be comfortable coming back here again.

Modern style hotel in the central.

Small hotel very close to the train station. Comfortable bedspace, clean and well-equipped. Free coffee and tea options.

Parking around the hotel is expensive for several days. There was no breakfast option in this hotel (but they served it in the hotel cross the road)

Great place & staff, but weak wifi & pillows

- Love the self-check in. I ran into some trouble and staff came by immediately to help. 10/10 staff. - They have a fridge downstairs, as well as toilet paper and towels everywhere for all guests. - Everything was super clean. - Great price for the location and amount of nights.

- I stayed on the first floor and the wifi connection was weak. Our mobile data kept automatically connecting. - It can be a bit noisy in the morning with the parking lot on the back. - It seems there's no air conditioning, so it might be a bit warm in the summer. - The pillows were unfortunately too "empty", they caused us both neck pain sadly

No fuss and good value

Large, nicely decorated room. The hotel self check in worked well for one room and the staff at the hotel opposite were able to help with the second. The hotel has a modern foyer with a fridge available for guests to use, along with extra mugs etc. There was also a stand with extra towels and body wash and a nice little terrace. The hotel is a short walk from the main sights and good value.

Booking.com only provided one booking ID and it wasn’t clear how to check in the second room. A note about how to do this would be helpful as checking in the other room went smoothly. The room was warm due to having no A/C but a fan was provided.

Good price and location in St. Gallen

We were travelling around Switzerland by train and this hotel was a good choice for us thanks to its close location to the train station. Our first staying in a self check-in hotel and we were satisfied with the process. The room was clean and very spacious.

Maybe it would be nice if there would be some lockers for the suitcases, where we can leave our bags before check-in time or after check-out.

Great hotel for a short stay in St Gallen

Check-in process was simple and straightforward. Room was well-equipped and was cleaned while I was away for the day. Hotel is in a great location just a 5 minute walk from the main train station.

Price was very expensive for what the hotel was, however this is normal for Switzerland.

Self check-in is a mess, otherwise a good hotel for the (Swiss) price

Room was clean, and had all the basics covered - chair to relax, separate desk and chair, plenty of space for suitecases and clothes, etc. Bed was comfortable. Staff (from across the street) was nice. They are quite patient considering how many times they have to help with the self check-in process (see below).

Self check-in. Self check-in. Self check-in. It was broken when I got there and after almost 30 minutes of trying to check in and then waiting for them to fix it, I eventually had to complete the process across the street. In a two day stay, almost every time I saw someone trying to check in, they were either having problems or actively being helped by a member of the hotel staff. Read the other reviews. I cannot state strongly enough how badly the self check-in process works. It's a shame, because otherwise the hotel was a good choice and we were quite happy with it. It's expensive, but in-line with Swiss prices and cheaper than many other options in St. Gallen.

The check in was kind of slow. Only had one machine to do it and there were other people so we had to wait quite a while only to be told by the machine that we has to wait 6 minutes to complete check in.

Very enjoyable stay in St Gallen

The location to the station and all the sights of the city was perfect. The room was quite spacious for what I paid and had everything I needed and more.

The check in machine wasn't perfect for others (worked ok for me) and constantly ran out of battery. It was off when I came to check out so I just had to leave my card.
