Had trouble with entry using the sign in machine. No instructions on how to complete if the machine did not recognise our code. Took a call to host to get it sorted. Quick response time.

Climbing up 3 floors with big bags. Property host/manager was unresponsive to emails or messages via Booking until I finally tried calling and got a text message back.

Great place to stay in Innsbruck!

The location is central in the old town, besides the famous Golden Roof built by Emperor Maximilian in the year 1500 to celebrate his wedding. The apartment is easy to find and access. We liked the digital access, not requiring a key. The rooms are relatively spacious, clean and well furnished. We would have been happy to stay much longer.

Excellently located modern apartment in an old building.

Excellent location - right in the middle of the old town and immediately next to the gold roof and hofburg palace. Easy to get to transport links in all directions and any shops and amenities you need are only a 5 minute walk away. Apartment is well kept, clean and tidy with a modern aesthetic that contrasts the oldtown style right outside the door.

The downside of being so close to the bars, restaurants, and local tourist attractions is that noise from the street below can be quite loud at times, both from general crowd noise in the daytime to gregarious revellers at night - but rarely a problem. Also, if you have mobility issues or otherwise struggle with stairs, be aware the apartment is up on the 3rd floor.

Central location .you can't get closer to the centre of the old town .you're right in the middle of it. Well furnished ,great beds,lots of well thought extras,exceptionally clean. Host rung me back to talk thru the booking in procedure.

Sound protection from the street outside is not enough ,lot of steps to apartment but you are informed of this prior..

Beautiful flat right in the center of the Old city

The apartment is so beautiful and from one of the bedrooms you get a perfect view of the golden roof. The flat has everything you need and is very stylish.

It is opposite a bar so it was quite loud until quite late. But great location other than that.

luxurious apartment in the heart of innsbruck

brand new renovated apartment with great facilities in the middle of the old town. spotless clean!

I was rebooked into a smaller room with additional cleaning costs one day before my arrival. furthermore the contactless check interface didn’t work on my arrival. it was however possible to resolve everything over the phone / email (which was still quite frustrating). despite these inconveniences, the stay was very pleasant, hence the high rating.

عدم وجود اصنصير والشقة بالطابق الثالث والتكييف بالصالة فقط وليس بالغرف تكييف ولا أنصح فيها بفصل الصيف بسبب الحر وعدم وجود موقف سيارة قريب ولأنها بالسنتر هناك الإزعاج ولا يوجد عازل للصوت للنوافذ مثل بقية المساكن بالمنطقة

Ruim appartement met mooie badkamer

Geen wifi. Kon niet inchecken bij de ingang, geen batterijen in de afstandsbedieningen. Ramen konden niet volledig gesloten worden. Haren gevonden in bed, vloeren lagen vol met viezigheid. Badkamer wastafel was vies, verwarming stond op 21 graden overal en kon niet lager gezet worden.
