Het was een geweldig groot en comfortabel huis voorzien van allerhande luxe voor een grote groep.

De ligging van het huis was niet betoverend, de woning lag naast een fabriek. In de praktijk heb je daar overigens geen last van (geen geluidsoverlast of vrachtverkeer). Wel mooi uitzicht op de Kitzsteinhorn. We hebben ook het jacuzzi gehuurd en samen met de sauna was dat heerlijk om 's avonds even te ontspannen.

Eigenlijk niets, maar dan toch een klein puntje. Bij het huis zitten ook 3 lockers voor de ski spullen. 3 Bij de Areitbahn (Zell) en 3 bij de Maiskogel (Kaprun). Dit was echter niet geregeld (men wist het bij de liften niet) waardoor het wat tijd kostte en we deze bij de Maiskogel vooruit moesten betalen. Mochten de kosten echter verrekenen, dus is allemaal netjes opgelost. Echter de instructie in het huis is niet actueel (tip aan de verhuurder, even aanpassen zodat het duidelijker is).

Beyond expectations! You must book this chalet!!

What can I say about Chalet Amadeus...It was beyond expectation! Immaculate chalet, stunning decor the facilities are splendid and I can honestly say there is nothing it did not have. The cinema room is simple, fun and such a novelty. The hot tub was glorious and the sauna was just what you needed after a days skiing. We went as a group of 8 and it was magical! The location is fab! Trains right outside to Kaprun and Zem all See (a bit tougher on the weekends, but you just need to be clever). Ideally you would have a car to get around a littler quicker, but easy transport if you want to go out for a few drinks. The host was amazing from start to finish, came on the first day and last - gave us great food recommendations and supplied some lovely wine and chocolates on arrival - they have honestly thought of everything.

Leaving! Nothing bad to say...my expectations are now too high for the next chalet! Perhaps I will just have to come back!
