Location was great

Hotel was clean and good location for ski bus. Shower, towels and mid week clean was good

Reception located elsewhere which was difficult with ski luggage. Baggage storage not on site. Staff not engaging or helpful when struggling with luggage. They could have held the door open. 6 chairs in 4 person room taking too much space with oversized breakfast bar.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and I noticed the breakfast quality has declined compared to previous years. There was less variety available, and it didn’t quite match the standard I’d experienced before

Nice room, nice big balcony, good location on the edge of the central area, with underground parking.

I stayed here in an off peak season, no food/drink facilities open.

Not bad, but not great

Great sauna, excellent restaurant food, and a very convenient ski room with boot heaters.

- Reception is located in a different building about 500 m away. - Walls are very thin, as mentioned in other reviews. - No room service, and room cleaning costs €35 — while toiletries and towels are provided, they are not refilled or changed, which is unexpected for a 4-star hotel. - Water pressure is very low if another room is taking a shower. - Breakfast selection was quite limited and below expectations.

Awesome Stay

The reception person waited for our arrival to give us the key although we arrived a little bit late. Check-in process was easy and clear. They provide us with Kaprun Card which was a great add on to our trip. locations was great. overall facilities inside the apartment were very good. Toilet was equiped with "shattaf" which is great.

I wish they make the cleaning visits more frequent. During our stay they made only 1 cleaning visit over 6 nights. Adding washing machine would be great. The size of the rooms is a bit small. the number of towels is less than what we need.

Shower, the balcony and breakfast

I don’t know if it was specific to our room type (deluxe double) but we didn’t have cleaning service for the whole stay, even clean towels. We also didn’t have sauna robs, but we saw that other people have them. We had only one small trash bin in the toilet, so small litter just gathered on the table. The bed is smaller than usually and the pillows where very basic. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but it has very apartment complex inner vibe …. I can’t say it was awful, just was lacking usual Austria hotel charm. Oh, and there is a weird deserted house next door.

Great location, clean rooms, perfect braeakfast, amazing wellness, indoor parking, terrace and cozy room

No room service for the whole time, no bin in the room se we had to store all trash in the corner, fridge didnt work so our food got spoiled, no AC in the room which kept the air heavy and hot, reception and checkin in another hotel

well appointed chalet for 4 skiers and priced for Four people even when you clearly state it will be occupancy by two people it is good for skiers who will spend little time inside no dinner restaurant breakfast was excellent politely served and good selection

difficult access to garage poor information given at a central agent who spoke more of his Iberian origine tnan how to get to the house and that there will be only breakfast available

location, romms were clean, modern, bathroom was big with bath and shower, free saunas and fitness, restaurant at ground floor, parking underground with privatw access, elevator, breakfast, in room free caffee, tea and soft drinks

tho room was cold in night, big windows mean a lot of cold air even when only on vent, could no set up the temperature right, matresses on bed were too soft for us, the information provided on tablet dont correspond with reality

We enjoyed a wonderful week of wintersport. The accommodation and the ski area took care of this.

Breakfast was very extensive and freshly prepared. There was even a slow juicer available. The cooking methods for an egg were very extensive. Very nice room and the location was great. Near the centre and ski area.

At breakfast, the staff was not always friendly. No reception available. Room keys had to be picked up elsewhere. This in itself is not a problem, but you miss the convenience of a point of contact should anything be wrong.
