The hotel was amazing and great for value. The balcony view was superb. It has a bidet so for us it was a huge plus. The staff was very helpful. Bus stop is very close. A great restaurant is in the building and many other various ones are nearby.

The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished, and conveniently located close to the river.

No privacy, Almost every day, we noticed people entering the backyard area from the back, which made us feel uncomfortable

Location is perfect and having parking with it was handy. The room was very nice and modern with a great balcony

We really appreciated the Summer Card provided by the hotel, which helped us save a lot of money on activities and attractions. The hotel contacted us in advance with clear instructions on how to obtain the digital Summer Card, and we could use it even before collecting the hotel key. The parking was convenient for travellers by car. Another great feature was the free washing machine available in the basement, which was very useful for our family during the stay. The hotel also communicated very well with us before our arrival

Check-in was at another Avenida Mountain Lodge nearby, as there was no receptionist at this property. The room was quite small and could have been cleaner. There was some dust on the floor when we arrived. Once the sofa bed was opened, there was very little space left to move around or open our luggage. As this is a semi-apartment-style hotel, guests are also expected to empty the rubbish before leaving, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, the concept is practical, but the room size and cleanliness could be improved.
