Apartment Leontina - with Air Conditioning and Summer Card

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt zu zweit mit meiner 10-jährigen Tochter für 3 Tage! Schon der Check-in war sehr nett und persönlich, sodass wir uns direkt willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein beheizbarer Skikeller ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch die Lage in der Ortschaft ist super, alles ist gut erreichbar und man ist schnell bei den Liften, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ein rundum sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Nichts

I stayed in this apartment with my son from February 28 to March 7, 2026, and everything about the experience was truly excellent. From the very beginning, the communication with the hosts was great. Nataša and Daniel were extremely kind and helpful, and Mr. Rade welcomed us on arrival and saw us off at the end of our stay. The whole process—from check-in instructions to practical details about the apartment—was smooth and very well organized. The apartment itself is a modern studio that can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The king-size bed is very comfortable, and the overall layout is very functional. One detail we especially appreciated is the space under the bed where suitcases can be stored, which keeps the apartment tidy and visually uncluttered. The kitchen is very well equipped, with high-quality Miele appliances, including an induction cooktop with extractor hood, a modern oven, a big dishwasher, and a compact but sufficient refrigerator with freezer. There are also cleverly designed drawers with hidden waste bins, which is a nice touch and keeps the space clean and organized. The bathroom is spacious and very well equipped, and both the room and bathroom have heaters that make the apartment very warm and comfortable after a long day of skiing. The apartment also features a great smart TV with Netflix and other apps, excellent Wi-Fi, and even board games, which makes evenings very enjoyable. There are plenty of towels, and during the stay the hosts are happy to arrange replacement towels and light cleaning if needed. A big advantage for skiers is the private ski storage for up to four sets of equipment, including boot light warmers, which is extremely convenient. Parking is included, which is another great benefit. The location is excellent: the center of Kaprun is less than 1 km away, and it takes only 3–5 minutes by car to reach the ski resort parking.
