The apartment we had was in a good location and was a good size.

The apartment was a 15-20 minute walk to the Maiskogelbahn and it was an easy walk to all the restaurants. The apartment was a good size.; it could have fit 6 (double bed & bunk beds in the bedroom and a pullout) They also offered online check-in (which I didn't take advantage of). Parking was also available. Nice views from the balcony. Herr Eder was readily accessible. Some restaurants we really enjoyed are Hilberger's, Der Dorfstadl, and Kitsch & Bitter.

It was not a problem, but there was confusion regarding the Pet Policy. When Herr Eder manage to check us in (because we didn't use the available online check-in), he saw our dog and stated that "it was a surprise", and that some of the permanent/long-term residents in the building didn't like when vacationers brought their dogs. It clearly stated on the Booking.com website that it was Pet Friendly. Maybe the property can clarify this. Again, it was not an issue but it was confusing.

Exceptional

This special place in Austria, Kaprun will always remain in our hearts. This is one of the most amazing trips we had and one of the reasons are our host! Host was so accomodating and communication was smooth as well. We want to thank you for the warm welcome, the cozy house and the wonderful Tauern Spa. Best place in Kaprun, highly recommend!

it was an amazing apartment!! I liked everything! the view , the equipment, the price was good and Mr Christian was very helpful.

Only the smell of the cooking , I think the people who stayed in the apartment before us used to cook all the time with not opening the windows! otherwise everything was awesome..

I paid only for the View

the view of the balcony, and the owner was very friendly and helpful

the bed was soft and not good hurt my back and the sheets + pillow was itchy and caused me rash

Nice location, pretty quiet/not so much noise. So one can have a good and relaxing evening after a day of skiing. There is a parking lot in front of the house. Kitchen is well equipped and you can also make breakfast/dinner on site without a need to go to find a place to eat. But this should not be a problem as there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

I know that this house has a ski room (I rented once a different apartment in this building several years ago), but I never got keys to it.

Perfect for small group.

Clean and elegant, the village has all what needed and it’s close by foot. Always easy to find parking.

Kitchen could have some oil, and paper towels, but that is a detail.

Property is just functional without any character, looks like social housing and is not Sound-Proof. You could hear the neighbors shower or slam their window, and it could be unpleasant if people do not behave

Het gemak met in- en uitchecken.

Er was geen afzuigkap, maar dit was geen probleem aangezien de kookplaat dicht bij het raam/balkon zit.

Günstige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht für einen Skiurlaub.

Günstige Unterkunft am Ortsrand, Skibus, Geschäfte und Restaurants aber in Laufnähe - so groß ist Kaprun nicht.

Das Appartement 18 ist nicht zu empfehlen

Die Lage war super - das es einen Fahrstuhl gab war toll - im Nebengebäude gab es Waschmaschinen/Trockner,die Maschinen und der Raum waren sehr sauber,komfortabel war das das Nebengebäude durch den Keller erreichbar war,w lan funktioniert einwandfrei,das Bett war sehr gut,der Hausmeister für die Wohnung ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit und schnell da wenn man ihn braucht - bester Mann !

Wir hatten die Wohnung 18,wer gerne Camping Urlaub macht kommt in der Wohnung gut zurecht - es ist eine Katastrophe - kaum vorhandenes Geschirr,Besteck,Gläser,der Reinigungszustand ist miserabel - es gibt keinen Staubsauger,schlecht wenn Hunde erlaubt sind,es gibt einen Wischer,einen Handfeger/Kehrblech -die Einrichtung ist minimal/zweckmässsig,das Gästebett hat undefinierbare Flecken,die Wohnungstür ist zu kurz,die Fenster mit Klebeband abgedichtet - alles in der Küche ist oll,der Boden hat einen Wasserschaden,das Bad ist auch nur auf den ersten Blick hübsch - es zieht so stark in der Wohnung von den Fenstern rein,es gibt nur einen Heizkörper,wir haben sehr gefroren - wir sind aufgrund des Zustandes von dem Appartement eher abgereist -

Určitě doporučuji pro nenáročné klienty, pán velmi příjemný. Přijel na vyžádaný čas.

Velmi pěkný apartmán, odpovídající ceně. Ke sjezdovce jsme jezdili autem, pár minut cesty. Velmi mile nás překvapil bazén v budově, který nebyl uveden v popisu.

Opravdu maličkosti - chybělo nám prkénko a ostřejší nože. Jinak vybaveni kuchyně dostačující, houbičky, jar, utěrka, hadřík, pytle na odpadky - vše bylo k dispozici. V koupelně nám chybělo mýdlo na ruce. Ale jsou ti opravdu drobnosti a na celkovém dojmu neubraly.

مكان هادئ وجميل وراعي النزل كريستيان خدوووووم جداً ويرد على الواتساب لأي استفسار وما يقصر باي مساعده رجل ذووووق وحبوب وتاخرت بالجيم ان ورجع لي وفتح لي باب الشقة راعي النزل باختصار شقردي واذا بزور كابرون مره ثانية ما اسكن إلا عنده وعنده كرت خصم كل ادوات المطبخ موجوده واهم شي شطاف عنده 👍
