Highly recommended! 🌟

A few days before our arrival, Helga contacted us via WhatsApp and explained everything clearly. On the day we arrived, despite the heavy rain, she made the effort to meet us in person and show us the apartment. The neighborhood is very calm and cozy, with everything you need nearby. She provides a guest card that includes special discounts for several activities in Kaprun, plus a free mobility card for Kaprun and Zell am See, which allows you to use public transport for free. There’s a Billa supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, and several Arabic grocery stores are also within walking distance. As for the apartment itself — it was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. All kinds of Arabic and Gulf seasonings were available, and the kitchen had every utensil imaginable. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular! The area feels very safe and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Helga was always available whenever we needed anything — she is incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful. Highly recommended! 🌟

Very well equipped Appartement. Superb location - 50m from ski bus stop, 10min walking distance to Kaprun Centre. Private parking directly on the property.

Excellent fully equiped 2-person studio close to everything

For a two persons it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious balcony with great view of mountains and village. Fully equipped kitchen with 4-point cooker and oven. 5 Minute flat walk to village and Billa supermarket. 2 Minute walk to skibus stop. Convenient open-air parking with barrier. Swift and friendly check-in service. Dogs allowed. Very good price-quality ratio.

For a studio room I cannot recommend using this accommodation for more than 2 persons, unless being on a tight budget.

A very good one!

Perfect place for weekend or a longer stay. The Landlady is amazing, taking good care and very hospitable. The apartment is almost in the center of Kaprun, close to good restaurants and Billa, which means a very convenient location. A parking place is yet another pro. And the view - mountains + greenfields equals soothing views.

Great apartment

Excellent location close to the local bus routes, restaurants and the Billa supermarket. The apartment is very well equipped with a lovely view from the balcony. We would happily stay again.

The apartment is lovely, the owner is very kind. Location is excellent in relation to the centar of Kaprun and in relation to the ski trails. We will be happy to have the apartment available next year when we go sking Dusica, Belgrade

راح اعيد السكن فيها كل ماجيت كابرون

اطلاله ونظافة وموقع جبار بقلب كابرون وقريبة للنهر والنبع والملاعب وصاحبة الشقة عسل جدا وفيها اصنصير وموقف سياره خاص مجاني بس عيب الشقه تصلح لشخصين فقط بدون اي طفل

بصراحه من احلى الشقق اللي استاجرتها ،، شقه متكامله فيها شطاف ، فيها ادوات المطبخ كامله فيها السكر والملح والزيت والبهارات وكل شي ماشاء الله ،،، لك مفتاح خاص ف الشقه مع مفتاح البوابه اللي تحت باركن مجانا مع الشقه تحت الشقه في مطعم بيت الشام وبقاله فيها كل احتياجات اهل الخليج ،، الموقع ممتاز والاطلاله ولا غلطه🔥🔥🔥 وتعطيكم بطاقات خصم على الفعاليات والالعاب الموجوده 🔥

Wir haben die selbe Ferienwohnung schon wieder gebucht....

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Alle unsere Extrawünsche, wir fragten beispielsweise nach, ob wir auch schon eher anreisen können, waren gar kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
