Clean and well equipped bathroom with plenty of shelves. View from the apartment. Location and ease of contact.

Cleaningness of the carpets and cabinets in the living room/bedroom, worn out and dirty equipment on the balcony - those are small elements which impacted the overall perception a lot.

Handing the keys via the code box. Completion of accommodation with the owner - in person. Equipment: TV, small kitchen with utensils, cooking facilities. Dining table with seating. The apartment is opposite the main door, easy access. Lots of storage space. (wardrobes) Bathroom with bathtub. TV, WiFi Good parking at the house.

Equipment - furniture on the balcony. Refundable deposit 250 € (but it was stated in the description)

Good location in Kaprun with free parking. Coin Laundry washers and dryers are available within the building but prepare aone €0.50 coins to use it. Good amount of storage. Andy is very helpful.

Es hatte eine gute Lage und eine gute Aussicht auf den Berg

Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Der Duschvorhang war sehr alt und im unteren Bereich sichtbar verschmutzt. An der Lüftung befanden sich Stellen, die wie Schimmel aussahen. Außerdem war die Beleuchtung nur über den Spiegel möglich, und das Badezimmer war dauerhaft sehr kalt.

C'est très bien, tout le confort d'un appartement. Le supermarché Billa à dix minutes à pied. La personne qui nous reçoit parle très bien anglais. N'ayez pas peur concernant le dépôt de garantie à donner en espèces. Le monsieur est très honnête, il vous redonne l'argent lors du check out. Appartement au calme.

Petit point d'amélioration : changer les coussins car ils ne sont pas très confortables.
