Excellent joice

Apartment equiped with everything needed. Kitchen fully equiped. Nice and cosy apartment with a balcony with a spectactular view on the mountains. Area for a car outside the case Warm place to keep your skiis. Just 20 meters to the local bus station so it will take you just close to the skilifts. Or you can as well easily change that bus to a skibus. Very helpfull people.

A quiet location with fantastic views from the balcony onto the glacier, hills and meadows, close to nature, yet not far from the town. Good access road, spacious parking spot. Spotless property, a kind and quiet owner. Kitchenette a bit small. Fully enjoyed our stay!

No negatives about the property, just an observation that the instructions in the apartment, in addition to German and English, were in Arabic, which we found surprising, but then realized it is the same in most places, including restaurants in the whole Kaprun/Zell am See area.

Peaceful stay for a couple in a cozy apartment with hill view

Spacious apartment - huge wardrobe, big living room, and bathroom. We could eat on the balcony staring at the awesome view of the hills, and of course - cows in the distance. More than enough place for two. Everything was clean. Easy to park in front of the house.

Poor bed frame, it was noisy even a small move. Small kitchenette in a huge living room. There was a microwave oven, kettle etc. but you cannot put them anywhere. Finally, we put the small TV away, and placed them there. So finally we solved it.

Location is great! Quiet, close to nature, uphill, at the end of town limits/at the begining of the walking path. Landlady and other people are very (genuinly) friendly and helpful!

The apartment was small with limited space for moving around and the sofa bed was a bit difficult to handle and the towel did not smell good.

Landhaus Mitteregger is situated in a very nice area of Kaprun, walking distance to center. The apartment was clean, well equipped, with a nice view to Kitzsteinhorn. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Mostly recommended

The apartments located near fields with mountain view from the porch. Near you can find nice supermarket (900m) and places to eat. The Kitchen have every thing necessary for self cooking.

Großzügige Wohnung in super Lage - Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Die Lage im Ort war perfekt. Mit dem kleinen Lift hinterm Haus war alles (Ski Bus, einkaufen) gut zu erreichen. Schöner Blick in Richtung Berg. Großzügiges Appartement und freundliche Besitzerin im EG.

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche fehlt es an Stauraum für Lebensmittel, es gibt keine Arbeitsfläche und zu wenige Kochutensilien. Stattdessen gibt es unnötig viel Stauraum für Klamotten, mehrere große Schränke von denen wir nur einen Bruchteil benutzt haben. Matratzen und Kissen sind zu weich und durchgelegen.

Naprosto nedostatečné vybavení kuchyně. Vaříte v mikrovlnce ve skříni na zemi, neexistuje pult pro krájení ani odkládání. Varná deska funguje špatně. Upozorňovala jsem, že nad varnou deskou nefunguje světlo. Odpověděli, ale nikdo nepřišel, aby to spravil. Naprostý nezájem. Gauč v obytné místnosti je nechutně špinavý, vybavení všeho v ubytování je staré a potřebuje rekonstrukci. Na Rakousko nevídaná věc. Dům je pěkný, je v něm klid a teplo. Teplé vody je dostatek.

La skiroom era ottima, la posizione pure, la cucina ben attrezzata, bella vista

Il letto era molto scomodo, abbiamo dormito malissimo tutte le sere il che non è stato buono per affrontare le giornate di sci. La pressione dell'acqua della doccia era debolissima e ho avuto difficoltà a lavare i capelli.

Helle Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht am Ortsrand von Kaprun

Sehr helle Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen. Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Imbachhornsteig. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir in der Garage abstellen.

Sehr angenehme, komfortable Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und gutem Service.

Die Wohnung ist real besser als auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist von 1996 und die Einrichtung rustikal-alpin aber wertig und alles macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Es gibt genug Stauraum und Schränke. Es war gut geheizt und der Balkon hat Süd-/Westlage. Gute Schallisolierung und ruhige Lage, etwas oberhalb vom Ortskern lässt einen Nach dem Skilaufen gut entspannen. Neben der freundlichen, älteren Eigentümerin gibt es nur ein weiteres fremdvermietetes Appartement. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ebenerdiger Skiraum. Busstation ist direkt 30m entfernt. Wir hatten einen unverschuldeten Schaden. Es wurde sofort innerhalb von 2 Stunden ausgetauscht und dabei das Zimmer unter der Woche gemacht inkl. neuer Handtücher. Super Service! Danke!

Keine Arbeitsfläche in der Küche, allerdings steht der Tisch direkt gegenüber und man kann dort sein Essen vorbereiten. Eine Salatschüssel wäre nett. Uns war es egal und wir wussten es, aber für Personen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, schreibe ich es explizit. In den Ortskern sind es zu Fuß ca. 6 Minuten runter und 10 min. rauf ;-)
