Lovely stay in Kaprun

The host was really welcoming and made us feel at home. The breakfast was also really good as there were plenty of options to choose from. I would really recommend to stay if you are on ski holiday, as the bus is 2 minutes walking.

Great płace to stay in Kaprun

Good location, great view from the room - really clean one which is worth to point out. Equiped with descriped stuff (tip: read that carefully, there was no kettle in the room but it wasnt listed either :)). Host was genuinely great, very welcoming and caring. Totally recommended płace

The location of Haus Koller is amazing, it is very close to ski slope, SPA and Zell am See. The accommodation was good, very clean and the host is very kind and helpfull. We can recommend this accommodation for sure!

Exceptional

Pension Koller is a charter of a family business and exactly corresponds to the idea of personal approach to the guest. Mrs. Kollerová will personally give you the keys to the house and room, who will also show you personally. In the morning Mrs. Koller will personally prepare breakfast, very good by the way. Upon departure, he will say goodbye to you personally and will not forget to make sure that the stay and accommodation was at a perfect level. For these reasons I highly recommend Pension Koller :-)

I was satisfied with everything. Pension Koler has only a few rooms, which personally suits me. Pension is not in the center of Kaprun, about 10 minutes on foot, which also suits me.

Heerlijk verblijf, een hele fijne host en een toplocatie voor de wintersport

Andrea stond ons op te wachten om de sleutel te overhandigen en om ons wegwijs te maken. Andrea staat altijd voor je klaar en het is een toplocatie, zo bij de skilift. Met een heerlijke houtkachel. Er was zelfs een ruimte voor het drogen van skischoenen en de handschoenen.

De elektrische kookplaten, lastiger om op te koken, maar de hebben het prima gered. Verder was alles top.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr ruhig und in wenigen Minuten ist man im Ortskern. Frau Koller ist sehr herzlich und macht alles, damit sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und die Eier kamen immer frisch aus der Küche.

Een prettig verblijf! Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Kleinschalig, rustig. Maar niet afgelegen. Prima bedden. Er zijn 3 kamers en 1 appartement. Wij verbleven in het appartement. Alles in de keuken is aanwezig zelfs een vaatwasser. De WC is separaat van de badkamer wat ikzelf altijd een pluspunt vind. Ski’s en schoenen kan je veilig bij hen stallen (verwarmd). Skibus stopt 100 meter voor de deur. En 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Restaurant Tafern op 5 minuten lopen is een aanrader. In de omgeving is enorm veel te doen, zowel zomer als winter. Vriendelijke eigenaresse die alles goed regelt. De broodjesservice is super fijn en betaalbaar, komt rechtstreeks van de bakker.

Eigenlijk niet iets noemenswaardig en is alles top voor elkaar. Misschien een optie om wat gezelliger licht in de woonkamer te regelen, maar dat is natuurlijk geen dealbreker.

HausKoller is een aanrader. Prima kamer,goed ontbijt en een zeer aardige gastvrouw. De zomerkaart was fijn. We konden bijna overal gratis de kabelbaan gebruiken wat veel geld bespaarden.

Idealna lokalizacja, skibus 3min pieszo od obiektu; czyściutko, kameralnie, przesympatyczna i pomocna p. Właścicielka, śniadania smaczne, pożywne. Codzienny roomservice. Podobało mi się wszystko. Gorąco polecam. Sama na pewno wrócę tu za rok.
