Great apartment in Kaprun

Nice, new, warm, clean, spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. On the edge of the village but with a bus stop right outside the apartment or a 10 min walk into the centre and to the ski lift. Lovely village. Easy check in process. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kaprun.

Beautiful apartment, great location

Beautiful apartment in a great location, perfect for skiing on the glacier. Hawé and Melanie were lovely and so helpful. Looking forward to returning, loved the apartment and the area for great skiing

Great Apartment

The apartment was so clean and nice. It had a large living room with a beautiful balcony view, the house keeping staff did a great job cleaning the apartment and they were friendly! The staff are so kind and friendly especially Melanie and her husband.

There was some people who were disturbing us. We thought that there was a washing machine in the apartment but apparently not, it was in the basement and we had to pay to wash our clothes.

We had a lovely stay in Residenz An Der Burg and would not hesitate to return.

Having the croissants, ham and cheese delivered was good but there was too much for 3 of us...! The apartment was lovely, very spacious, clean and easy to keep.

I would have liked somewhere to dry clothes in the apartment

Het appartement was fantastisxh, groot, iedereen een ruimte om te chillen, prachtige badkamers.

Misschien iets meer extra kussens (te dun) en extra dekbedden ivm warmte

مكان نظيف وواسع و لكن هناك كبلغ تأمين ٥٠٠ يورو لم يذكر عند حجز الشقة و عدم وجود غسالة ملابس بالشقة

الموقع ممتاز وكل شيء قريب من مطاعم و جمعية وأماكن سياحية المكان نظيف ومرتب متوفر مواقف للسيارة والشقة تحتوي على مناشف كافية والمطبخ مجهز بالكامل المضيف ودود ومحترم

قبل يوم من السكن طلب منا المضيف دفع 500 يورو كتأمين وهذا لم يكن متفق عليه عند الحجز بعد الخروج من الشقة تم خصم 60 يورو على الابجورة علما بأنها غير مكسورة ولا تستحق هذا المبلغ ويمكن فقط تركيبها ومرفقة بالصورة بما ان المكان بين الأشجار والزرع يوجد الكثير من الحشرات تدخل الشقة ولا يوجد عازل مثلا شبك لمنع دخولها من النوافذ و الأبواب الغسالة مشتركة لجميع ساكني المبني واحيانا ننتظر اكثر من ساعتين لغسل ملابسنا فقط موجودة غسالة واحدة بمبلغ ٦ يورو لكل استخدام ونأمل أن تتوفر غسالة داخل الشقة للخصوصية لم يقصر معنا المضيف وكان ودودا معنا ولكن هذه الملاحظات ضروري تكتب ليعرف بها غيرنا تم استرجاع باقي التأمين خلال ٣ ايام تقريبا

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Mooi appartement. Het appartement heeft een ruim terras. Vanaf het terras heb je tussen de appartementen door zicht op de bergen. Bedbank is van goede kwaliteit. Tussendoor kon er schoongemaakt worden. We werden voorzien van schoon beddengoed en handdoeken. Het appartement ligt naast een kasteeltje.

Mooi appartementje.

Netjes, ruim, niet teveel kitcherige inrichting, handige privé parking.

De wasmachine die in de beschrijving van het appartement stond bleek een gemeenschappelijk toestel te zijn voor het hele gebouw en tegen betaling. Dat zou beter vooraf vermeld zijn of gewoon uit de beschrijving gelaten zijn. Verder moet je nog €500 waarborg betalen, stofzuigen en de afwas doen. Dat was bij het boeken niet meegedeeld.

Top appartement!

Fijne bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken, sfeervol en schoon.

Het enige minpuntje is dat de verwarming altijd aan leek te staan, ook al draaide we de thermostaat helemaal terug.
