Great base for ski trips in Kaprun.

Spaciousness and fully fitted kitchen including washing machine and dryer (which were not listed).

There were no towel rails in the bathrooms or toilet, so we had towels everywhere!

Excellent location, good facilities, clean, welcoming. Building is warm and cosy, has under ground parking, lovely swimming pool and sauna. High end finish would good appliances. Good quality bedding and comfortable. Really good showers high pressure.

No hot tub which would be good after a days skiing, we couldn't find any scissors in our apartment.

The apartments equipped with everything ,the mountain views was great

The gentleman owner was rude. My booking was 2 apartments , one of them as described in first floor with 2 king size beds but They gave me apartment in ground floor on street and one room with bunk bed when I told him they changed the description in booking site, the apartment doesn't have privacy because anyone walking on the street could see you The second apartment was great but it's too much noisy from the traffic and walking person all night

great comfortable stay plenty of room for couple with two teenagers, easy walk into town, easy access to free ski bus, loved the pool sauna quiet location - loved the bath robes and slippers

toaster didn’t work reported it - not a big issue as used grill for toast

Perfect accommodation for families, two minutes from the center, very clean, spacious, free covered parking

Only disappointment was the Kitchen, which should be upgraded, there are very old stuff, basic tools are missing or damaged for ordinary cooking, that's all negative

Very large apartament with 3 bedrooms and spacious living area. Swimming pool and sauna in the building. A short walk to the town center and ski lifts.

A wonderful stay

I would like to thank the host for making our stay as wonderful as it could be We arrived late and we had a smooth check in The apartment was fully equipped with all kitchen need, it also had a drawer full of games such as monopoly plus a play station Each room has it is own TV One room has a private bathroom and 2 rooms sharing the same bathroom each has it is own door to access plus a small toilet beside the living room Towels were provided with extra ones The building has a swimming pool which is rare in the neighborhood A restaurant with halal food is located in same building Security system Beautiful landscape from the large balcony

Bed mattress Washing machine not in the apartment but in the building Size of the room but you can get rid of the luggage by putting your clothes in the cabinet so you allow yourself some space

الموقع الإطلالة الهدوء حجم الشقة كبير الحديقة كبيرة فيها طاولة 6 أشخاص و الإطلالة على الجبل المطبخ مجهز بالكامل سرعة تجاوب مالك الشقة شكرا لهم . صراحة المكان يستحق الزيارة اكثر من مرة شقة C3

للأسف، كانت تجربتي في هذا الفندق غير مرضية. الشقة كانت مليئة بخيوط العنكبوت في كل مكان، حتى في الحمام والممرات، مما يدل على إهمال واضح في النظافة. الأجواء داخل الشقة كانت كئيبة، خاصة في الليل، بسبب الإضاءة الصفراء الخافتة وكثرة التماثيل التي تعزز الإحساس بعدم الراحة. خدمة التنظيف كانت شبه معدومة، حيث أقمت لمدة 9 أيام ولم يتم التنظيف سوى مرة واحدة فقط، وكانت الخدمة سيئة جدًا. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، واجهت صعوبة كبيرة في تسجيل الوصول، حيث يتم إرسال رمز مكون من خمسة أرقام عبر تطبيق واتساب، وإذا لم يصلك – خاصة عند الوصول المتأخر – فلن تتمكن من الدخول إلى الشقة. للأسف، لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا المكان بناءً على تجربتي الشخصية

مكان الاقامه ممتاز جدا ويوجد فيه مصعد كهربائي ولكن لا يوجد تكييف يعني اتوقع لا يصلح لشهر اغسطس لكن نحن سكنا فيه شهر يوليو الجو جيد بارد وممطر ليس هناك حر وقريب من الخدمات والمكان له إطلاله على الجبل والتلفريك ومزرعه كبيره تحتوي على بقر

فقط صوت الجيران مزعج وأيضا صوت مكينه الزرع بالحديقه

De keuken. Slechts 1 kleine en 1 iets grotere pan, dat lukt dan niet om voor 7 personen te koken. 2 koekenpannen die snel aanbakten. Verder niks om in te koken. Vaatwasser was klein, ging net.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in einem tollen Gebiet

Schöne Wohnung mit Tiefgarage und Abstellraum für Ski und Schuhe, schöne, gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Bäder. Gute Lage, schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum von Kaprun, gute Versorgung (Bäcker, Lebensmittel, Sportausrüstung). Skibus hält quasi direkt vor dem Haus.

Die Betten sind etwas schmal (80 cm) für ausgewachsene Menschen ...
