Perfect accomodation

This is the perfect accommodation for a skiing holiday in Kitzsteinhorn/Kaprun/Zell am See. Great location in a place where all you need is close to you. Apartments are spacious, modern, with comfortable beds and pillows and with well-equipped kitchen. Great hosts. The game room is perfect if you have kids. They will be occupied and happy while you are indoors. Parking available.

Would recommend the property for the future

Location was really peaceful and quiet, just close enough for the Kaprun ski slopes. Apartment was big and welcoming and view from the room was spectacular. Room temperature was comfortable considering the extreme cold weather during our stay.

We were expecting soap/ shower gel in the bathroom as there was none to ensure proper accomodation and also basic things in the kitchen like salt and pepper and/ or oil. It is always nice to find this when you check in after the long trip.

Pool and playground was great for kids. It felt homely . The apartment was well laid out and equipped. Piesendorf is a great village that has everything you need. Proximity to Zell and See and Kaprun and a lot of attractions. The host was lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Hanneke and Michael was absolutely perfect hosts, always helpful and responding to my messages. Nothing was a problem and we enjoyed our stay very much. We tried both recommended restaurants in Piesendorf, and except the fact that it is better to get reservation in advance, both were excellent. We also loved small bakery down the street. We bought the skippasses at apartment, and also returned it there. We tried all of the alpin card supported ski resorts Zell am See, Kaprun (from both Maiskogel side and Kitzsteinhorn) and Saalbach - Hinterglemm. Wonderful! We would like to return in summer cause we found that area of Kaprun very interesting for bikes and hikes. We parked our car around the building and carry our ski boots and equipment in the ski room for dry out.

There was only one small thing. Our youngest son was sleeping on the lower part of bunk bed and with that 30cm comfy matrace he had not much space to turn around and didn't feel very comfortable.

Great spacious apartment.

Very kind hosts, great ski room with heaters for the ski boots, nice spacious apartment with views, table tennis and kids corner in the common room. Easy parking, shop is about 10 minutes walk away.

An amazing experience in a fairytale place :)

The place was very nice, clean, warm; very accessible and close to all the ski areas. We could get our ski passes right from the property. The host was really nice and helpful. The welcoming package was a very nice touch and very thoughtful. I will definitely recommend this place :)

Helpful staff

Brilliant winter holidays spot. The apartment was extra clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, mountain view. Our child played in a play room. Staff was super helpful and offered a hand when we lost our car keys. Thank you!

Cozy and nice apartment, not to far from most ski lifts and main cities. Walking distance to few restaurants. Friendly staff.

Internet was slow, couldn't work while bin there. Thin walls so you hear your neighbors from upstairs.

Ein richtig toller Urlaub!

Wunderschöne, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer unglaublich netten Vermieterin! Wir hatten 2 große Balkone mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge und ein Gäste-WC. Die wichtigsten Fenster haben Fliegengitter, was uns sehr gefreut hat, denn wir hatten tatsächlich welche im Koffer dabei ;-) Im Haus ist ein schöner Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischtennisplatte (Schläger mitbringen!), Kicker, Sofas und einer gemütlichen Bar, die 1-2 Mal pro Woche geöffnet hat. Die Lage ist perfekt, man hat alles in direkter Nähe (fußläufig ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, 3 Restaurants (unsere Empfehlung: Gasthof Mitterwirt und die Pizzeria), Touristeninformation und 3 min mit dem Auto entfernt ein großer Supermarkt. Kaprun und Zell am See sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Pool ist täglich von 10:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr geöffnet, aber uns hat es immer ins Hinkelsteinbad verschlagen (7 min zu Fuß entfernt). Das ist ein tolles, sehr gepflegtes Freibad - und mit Gästekarte kommt man kostenlos rein. Insgesamt haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt noch mal wieder :-)

Prima verblijf voor vakantie Kaprun/Zell am See.

Kwam overeen met beschrijving en fotos.Voldoende parkeerplaatsen.Gunstig gelegen voor vakantie omgeving Kaprun.Bakker,restaurant en supermarkt in de buurt.Vriendelijke ontvangst.Ja je hoort regelmatig wat kerk klokken ,maar dat is in bijna ieder dorpje in Oostenrijk.Was niet een probleem.

Douchecabine wat klein.Handoeken etc. zijn er voor 1 dag ,is iets om rekening mee te houden.
