Felt it was a mis-sell from description and photo e.g where was table.Would like some sort of refund

worse stay ever

two and half hrs late letting us check in , shower only worked for 2 showers there was 4 of us , bathroom sink was still trying to drain the next morning, shower not working next morning , so had to wash in kitchen sink , had to make up are own beds , bought food to cook which we had to Chuck most of it as it was sat in car on one of the hottest days until they let us in the room , we were in the room for 14 hours only costing £170 definitely not worth this money , no fans provided, could only open windows slightly so it was so very hot in there for the children, very very disappointed, will not be going back , have emailed the property owner but no reply , the worst break I have ever been on , could you pass information on to owner , maybe he will answer you

There was confusion over our arrival as Booking.com had not notified that we changed dates. Eventually sorted, staff were very helpful

The property was ill-equipped and shoddy. The facilties on site were either broken, missing or close. There was a severe shortage of staff

I probably wouldn't here again with family! clean place to get some sleep

Location was great, room was clean and mattress was comfortable

We specifically booked to use the pool and wasn't advised that it was closed. the bathroom had no windows, the beds were incredibly high and not suitable for my daughter so we put her mattress on the floor instead. The toaster didn't work and blew the fuses, the room was clean but very clinical and stark, both in lighting and decor. The breakage deposit takes 7 days to get back!

It’s a very minor point, but there was nowhere to hang the towels in the shower room. It would be helpful to have a hook in the back of the door or a towel rail.
