Location was beautiful however there are some limitations to those who may require a wheelchair as the walkway to the property is rather steep and narrow for negotiating.
great brekky from spoons. which is straight out and down a steep inclined pathway then a staircase from the front door.
either way out of the front door you are met with an incline or steep pathway.
se above comment about the incline also the parking facilities although they are free from 6pm till 10 am the parking across the road only allows for maximum of 4 hours and then you have to move the car for a certain period and the parking warden is very active in the area.
People whom possess a disabled blue badge have no difficulties as the parking across the road is a blue badge freindly parking space unlike all the carparks in illfracoombe where they require you to pay regardless of your disability.

It was nice and warm.
The lounge seats weren’t comfortable for four people. The toiletries were very minimal, ie half a roll of cheap toilet paper. A drop of washing up liquid. The patio area was awful. Scaffolding surrounded the area. Chairs and table in their sides. Generally not cared for and looked neglected.
