Plenty of room, great for the 7 of us, hot tub was brilliant

Detailed entry instructions received with combination, could not have been any easier. Plenty of information received in advance. House was clean, tidy and very well equipped, had everything that we needed (see below). Hot tub was a bonus and was well used, it was clean and ready to use on arrival. Bed linen and towels (see below) were provided, along with plenty of various games in the cupboards to use.

It is not that we didn't like anything, but could I suggest mentioning in the description for the property that no tea towels will be provided, bring your own. It highlighted bed linen and towels were provided, so we (wrongly) assumed this included tea towels. We abided by the rules for the pets, after reading the notice left for us, saying no pets upstairs, on furniture or beds. The gate at the bottom of the stairs could have been better, with it being flimsy the dogs did try to get underneath. It would have been better to have known in advance that dogs were not allowed upstairs, rather than finding out on arrival. I understand no pets on the furniture or beds, which is not an issue, but our dog sleeps in a crate, so being two floors down was rather an inconvenience.

It was near to the Venue we were attending for my Nephews Wedding.

Cooker, Oven & Grill Pan were filthy. The shelf in the Bread Bin had a fixing missing so couldn’t be used. We could not use the Water Dispenser on the Fridge as the front had broken off so it didn’t work. Two days we woke up to water coming through the floor infront of the patio doors in the kitchen. Couldn’t get any reception on the Radio. The first Lounge Room had a cracked Leather Sofa which looked old and dated. We had no Hot Water on the first day but then we realised it had been turned off in the cupboard. A small floorboard in one of the Bedrooms was broken and sunk when stood on. The two Wardrobes in the Master Bedroom were very small and dated. One had the wrong door fitted to it. Everything was very dated and could do with a new revamp
