Detailed entry instructions received with combination, could not have been any easier. Plenty of information received in advance. House was clean, tidy and very well equipped, had everything that we needed (see below). Hot tub was a bonus and was well used, it was clean and ready to use on arrival. Bed linen and towels (see below) were provided, along with plenty of various games in the cupboards to use.

It is not that we didn't like anything, but could I suggest mentioning in the description for the property that no tea towels will be provided, bring your own. It highlighted bed linen and towels were provided, so we (wrongly) assumed this included tea towels. We abided by the rules for the pets, after reading the notice left for us, saying no pets upstairs, on furniture or beds. The gate at the bottom of the stairs could have been better, with it being flimsy the dogs did try to get underneath. It would have been better to have known in advance that dogs were not allowed upstairs, rather than finding out on arrival. I understand no pets on the furniture or beds, which is not an issue, but our dog sleeps in a crate, so being two floors down was rather an inconvenience.

Area is quiet and very ideal for our plans, the house is very spacious. The best of the best was the beds, extremely comfy, probably the best bed I've ever slept on! :D

The house picture and facilities specifications show that there's a hot tub, however thats not included in the price and I've only learned about it a day before our arrival on an email. Although there was information about recycle bins, no recycle bins were found apart from a plastic box outside the kitchen door that was completely full of empty bottles and pizza boxes and there was rubbish outside on the floor too, this could cause rats and other animals to enter the property. The bedside table lamps in the master bedroom were flikering so we kept them off the majority of the time. The house was overall lovely, our suggestion would be to do some refurb at some point and install some black out blinds or curtains as apart from one of the rooms the others didn't have them and we were awake early with the light coming in.
