Penryn

Penryn is a lovely old Victorian house with lots of character. Brendan is a great host, who helped us get parked and get our luggage indoors, then left us to it. The location is perfect. Lidl is a 2 minute walk away, as is town, and the nearest pebble beach is 5 minutes walk.

Comfortable, welcoming, homely, well positioned and reasonably priced

Location was brilliant , so close to everything , but quite enough,to not be distributed. Great base to travel from , always found somewhere to park on the street out side property.

Was a bit concerned that we had to share hall way ,with the owner , but it was never an issue 😀

What an Amazing Find

What an amazing host, the property has amazing facilities, a lovely big kitchen and the bedrooms were lovely and airy. I was welcomed by the host who got me a parking space. The bath was amazing as well as im 6ft so i actually fitted in it which was lovely after a day on the beach. The local is amazing everything on your doorstep and a lidl 200yrs down the hill. Definitely go back hoping to book in August.

Great location for a wedding at Tunnels Beach

It was in an excellent location for tunnels beach’s and walking distance to town. The 2 main bedrooms very very spacious and the kitchen and living room had everything we needed.

Parking was a little tricky, but out of season it was fine.

Central location, very clean, spacious and comfortable place. We really loved our stay at Penryn and would definitely love to come back there.

Ilfracombe

Great location, close to the amenities , flat is really well equipped, property owner offered to provide any items we might need to self cater if not found. He really could not have been more friendly or helpful.

Parking can be awkward. Property Owner was really helpful around this, but if limited mobility you could struggle.
