The location, the spaciousness of the cottage and shared garden, the friendly hosts who answered any questions we had. And it was really dog friendly, we and our dog had a great time. We really loved our stay and definitely will be back!!
Bedding and towels not provided (not the end of the world but would have been convenient if they were provided), very few tv channels and outdated dvd/VHS selection. Again, not a big deal but just a note.

Great location. Parking right in front of the cottage. A nice huge size of the shared garden with plenty of Sun.
The cottage was nice and warm. We enjoyed a short walk to the Lee Bay and had a nice cappuccino in their local gallery shop next to the village church. Visited Ilfracombe and Woolacombe with our little dog. Our Son enjoyed the game room, especially playing darts.
This is our recommendation: Coat hooks are missing downstairs. It would be very helpful to remove the pictures under the stairs and put them there.
Overall- great stay and we do recommend it.

Nice walks in the area
Quite isolated and far from any amenities. The house was very dark and basic. You have to provide your own bed linen which was really inconvenient as I’m visiting from overseas.
