Beautiful, colourful, modern home in a great spot at Hele Bay. Lovely view from main bedroom to hillside and sheep, short walk to shop, garage , pub , cafe and lovely little bay.
Gorgeous mill tea room 2 minutes walk away also.
House is colourful and has all the amenities you can need . Parking available at front and back of house.
Owner very friendly and quick with communication.
Lots of steps up to house and in back garden, but worth it for the view and being able to watch birds soaring below the bedroom window.

Such a beautiful house and amazing location. I grew up in North Devon and was able to share its beauty with my children. The house has everything you need and is so close to the beach. Thank you for sharing it with us we will definitely be back xx
