Apartment was very spacious and had excellent views.
upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy could have done with better floor insulation

Location was outstanding. We needed to be close to the centre with parking, which is hard to find. This is minutes from everything with stunning views from every window and private parking just across the road. Inside it was quiet, clean and comfortable with everything we needed.
Only nitpicks really. The wonderful bay windows with the panoramas were filthy which spoiled our experience of the view, but we could see that they were hard to get to. Those reachable from the balcony were all clean but it did disappoint, We had a key to a post to preserve the parking spot, but the gate there was never closed.
