The apartment was just as advertised, with lovely views from every window, even better than the photos really. Very clean everywhere, comfortable king size bed and hot water on demand. The kitchen is well appointed with ample equipment and crockery. Perfectly situated for exploring Ilfracombe, near to the theatre and within easy walking distance of the harbour and town centre. Easy access to coastal paths heading in each direction. The apartment is on the second floor but there is a lift which makes it easier when arriving with luggage. There is a designated off street parking space almost opposite. Ilfracombe out of season is quieter and some restaurants shut early or are only open certain days so make sure to check before turning up.

upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy could have done with better floor insulation
