Milk in the fridge was appreciated, but some teabags and coffee would have been nice.

Property was warm , very clean and well equipped. It is very close to the Landmark theatre, harbour, front, shops and cafes.

Access via lane with scaffolding on the corner made for a few difficulties. It would also be better if there were clearer instructions to the actual location of the property. Not very easy to spot the key box either!

Lovely cottage

Very clean and comfortable. Luxury feel and nicely decorated. Lovely and warm, we were able to control the heating temperature. Lovely shower. Parking space close by. Peaceful and quiet stay. Couldnt find property on arrival but got help straight away when phoning host. Very helpful and friendly. Up a steep hill to cottage but it wasnt a problem for us. Only 2 min walk away from sea and high street just behind property.

Disappointed with the sea view, was main reason we booked. Should definitely advertise as partial sea view in-between roof tops. No tea or coffee supplied.

Absolutely top notch!

We arrived in the dark but the location details sent prior were spot on and we had no problem locating the parking space and the cottage. There was some scaffolding on the lane leading up to the cottage but that didn't hinder taking our luggage and groceries in. Lockbox easy to find and the front garden has a lockable gate which was really useful when bringing dogs in and out. We didn't use the lovely back garden at all as it was too cold and icy during our visit. Quality of the accommodation was excellent. Lovely bathroom, comfortable beds with quality bedding and oodles of storage space. Well stocked and superclean kitchen area with lovely views over to Capstone Hill. It's dog friendly but you wouldn't know that dogs stay there as it was immaculate. The best feature during such a cold period was the unlimited warmth. We stayed in a cottage elsewhere before Christmas and the heating was controlled offsite and we were cold the entire stay. Pebbles Cottage was snug and warm and felt like a home from home.

My only small gripe was the front gate which we didn't know could lock and found ourselves locked in. It was cold & dark and 9pm and we panicked a little :) Some instructions would be useful for future visitors. But also having a lockable front gate was a great feature when you travel with dogs.

Would have preferred to have a coffee machine as advertised and shown in the kitchen picture. It wouldn’t have stopped us from booking, but would have made it even better to have great coffee.

A nice comfy and cosy house in heart of the town with east access to beach and restaurants

It’s a lovely house with everything you need inside . Very comfy anf clean

On arrival the road you drive into is very unappealing and the houses/ buildings are run down which Instils a feeling of not feeling safe / secure. The property is around the corner and actually feels safe once in it . It’s a shame though our 12 year old son was a little worried on arrival maybe on booking it could describe the road a little bit more so expectations are managed .

The property was lovely well equipped, slept amazing, good, the bedroom was downstairs due to the heat 🥵

There was a property just over the wall, out of the kitchen door, who was very loud all week from 3 till midnight, which spoilt it for sitting out, wasn't the hosts fault but if you had door open that's what you could here. Check-in rather poor didn't tell us the lock was broken and we had to ring for assistance

Beautiful cottage by the beach

Came to this lovely little cottage with my dog. it's in a superb location close to the beach and shops. It is very well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. The garden has plenty of seating on different levels The beach was dog friendly as were many cafes and restaurants and we were both welcomed and my dog loved all the fuss!Lots of lovely local walks. Free parking space was ideal. Great communication from the host. Will definitely visit again!

Pebbles. A beautiful property

Pebbles is a beautiful property. The upstairs kitchen and lounge is flooded with sun light. It has a nice decor with a seaside coastal theme. Beds are comfortable. And has a pretty garden. The one and only thing that let it down was the cleaning. But I'm sure the owners who are very quick to respond to any questions will address this very soon. Also it had its own parking space which is an added bonus. I would stay again if visiting the area. As I really liked pebbles.

Spacious and everything needed was there. Although the cottage a bid hidden the location was very good a bit steep, but ok.

Great location, very comfortable and clean

Possible improvement to kitchen facilities, we had to buy an oven glove to use the oven as non provided, a few other bits and pieces but nothing major, we probably only noticed as we stayed for Xmas and had to cook a full meal on a couple of occassions The garden wasn,t totally secure for small dogs, notably the front gate which we needed to put boxes behind before letting the dogs out The property needs a new padlock for the parking space, it was very difficult to use, luckily there was a nearby space we could use whilst we spent the time needed to operate it… would be very difficult in the summer when there are no spare parking spaces

Light bulbs were not working in a couple of rooms, constantly dripping tap in the kitchen which was very annoying, and a broken toilet seat which i repaired my self.

Great accommodation with everything to make our stay comfortable. The upside down layout worked well and it’s location was ideal for the town and sea front.

Very comfy,well equipped cottage. The cottage was spotlessly clean but very homely with quality furnishings. Close to the High street and the sea front. The cottage feels very private. Secure parking was great to have.

Out of season but lots of walking

I loved the setting and the location. Loved every minute even out of season and the rain but lots to do! Especially walkers!

I couldnt falt the property and the owner was attentive and fast responding.
