Comfortable 2 bed flat , right on the seafront. The flat had all you need for a short break. Kitchen equipment and lounge with tv.
Corner shop 50 metres away. Then short walk to harbour, restaurants and eating places..5 mins or so..also good selection of boat trips at the harbour. Really was a great couple of days. Best trip I’ve had to Ilfracombe.
The property was comfortable. It is on 2nd floor, so those with access and mobility issues, wouldn’t be suitable. Great views from second floor.

It was clean and tidy and had new electrical appliances and beds was very comfortable
The bathroom step kept tripping down and the carpet in the stair well was not very clean and needed some work done to the outside and garden was very over grown

This apartment was clean and tidy, in a great location, a great little find I had a lovely 3 nights.
It wasn’t a problem for me but the apartment is on the top floor, if you have mobility issues just bear that in mind.
The bed was squeaky and I didn’t find it that comfortable but that’s just personal preference, it wouldn’t put me off staying.

A very pleasant flat.. friendly neighbours. Superb location. All the facilities you could ask for and a few nice touches from the host, with tea coffee and milk plus everything you need for a fish and chip supper provided.
There's a small step into the bathroom that catches you out initially so a small warning sign on the door would help make you aware quicker. You do get used to it though. And if I had to suggest something and this is really me looking to help the host... Fabric conditioner for the towels (my brother mentioned this, I wasn't fussed so just a note to the host.)
