Coastal Haven Ilfracombe Charming 2-bedroom Cottage In A Great Location By STAE Homes

House was modern, clean and well organised. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen facilities were very good and parking was right outside of the property.

The settee was functional although a little uncomfortable and the garden needed tending (weeding and power washing).

It was cold and the heating wasn't on when we got there. It took ages to warm up. Need some blankets downstairs.

House, albeit not a cottage, had the necessary amenities', nice coffee machine and comfortable beds. Ilfracombe is a lovely little place, definitely worth visiting and easy to get to other really nice areas in North Devon.

Very difficult to find, as network failure so pin didn't send to exact location. Advertised as a cottage, but in the middle of a council estate, not what we'd label as a cottage. Suggest correct statement would be "2 bedroom house is charming Ilfracoombe". Downstairs smelt awful on arrival - maybe stale smoke, not sure, but unpleasant. Not at all convinced the bedding was washed in one of the bedrooms, as pulled back the duvet cover and lots of "bits" in the bed, plus bedding did not smell freshly washed. One toilet roll for a 4 night stays and 1 cm of hand soap not good! Outside area a complete mess with collapsed (not working) outdoor light.
