Great stay, we had a couple of issues but they were mostly resolved while we were there

We had a great time & loved the Lodge. Especially the Hot Tub.

The lodge was spacious & well equipped. Lovely views & great location.

The sofas were uncomfortable especially as they had no arms. The mattresses on the single beds were very uncomfortable. It was ok for 2 nights but any longer would have been a problem.

Easy access, great communication, directions included. WiFi, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine. TV in every room. Outdoor furniture, well maintained site. Well equipped.

Check in 5pm and check out 10am. Tight car parking, no barrier or tight security.

Could do with a shelf in the shower as one of our party struggled to bend and pick up from the floor but that isn’t a major problem and certainly isn’t an issue to most people.

We never got any instruction on how to check in and the door code when we arrived but the lady I got on the phone was super helpful and I think it was more of a Booking.com issue than with them.

Absolutely perfect accommodation

The cleanliness and attention to detail in this property made our stay outstanding. So comfortable, everything worked perfectly, well equipped, and everything had been though of. It made for a wonderful mini breakaway.

The towels could be slightly larger, but not an issue.

VERY DISAPPOINTING, WEEKEND RUINED. LODGES CRAMMED IN LIKE SARDINES WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

I was very disappointed in the stay at property. when I booked the property, it was advertising a hot tub, I would not of booked this property if there was no hot tub in use it should state it is seasonal use only. it was a celebration for my partner birthday, and it was spoiled by the agent who manages the property saying that no hot tub was advertised so he does not feel he has to take responsibility for there being a hot tub not having any water in it. when I arrived, I rang him to ask for it to be filled up as this was the whole point of me going to this particular property, he said he would arrange for someone to come the following morning to fill it up, but nobody came. he then rang me up to say he has been through the advert with booking .com and can't see where it is advertised so he does not feel it is his problem and basically saying that I had not read this anywhere. I am a genius level 3 customer with booking .com and book a property every weekend with them so I confident an advert said hot tub I believe this has since been removed as the letters hot... is on advert and has been removed. I was sent confirmation with symbol with hot tub on it. there is nothing else to do in the area and everywhere in town is shut. the town is just full of ice-cream shops and nothing else, me and my partner left early which spoilt our weekend. the chalets on site are very close together and it is like a maze on the site with no room in between or to maneuver cars. the chalet is so close together there is no privacy. there is no shop nearby to get food you have to go into town. I would not recommend this property due to lack of customer service being non-existent from the agency managing property.
