We went for Feb half term, my kids loved it. They enjoyed the swimming pool and soft play on site, apartment was lovely.

Clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, everything you needed including cutlery, microwave, cooker, kettle etc.

The chalet was nice and clean, warm and beds were comfy

Noisy neighbours but it was new year, just expect them to have music blasting until 4:45am which was alittle overkill, most of the games in the kids area wasn't working

A place with potential

The view, access to sauna and swimming pool. Good shower. Massive car park close to the room. Wifi was ok.

Overall I was happy with the stay, however, a few things could be better. Very small beds. A bit worn off place (with some mold here and there). The room needs some refurbishment and I think some apartments have/are being already been refurbished in the resort. The sauna and swimming pool were fine, however, getting to a shower/changing room/toilet (that were far away) was a joke - walking through a large play room with many children felt very uncomfortable. I learned from the staff that they plan to install a shower next to the sauna - when they do it, it will be much better.

You get what you pay

Staff was really kind. Apartment well equipped and spotless but took a while to heat up due bad insulation. Food was beautiful

Swimming pool ' changing room really tired and cold. In the cafe the waitress switched off the coffee machine 30 mins before closing and wouldn't make coffee anymore. Restaurant was understaffed i felt sorry for them. It was a budget stay, so my expectations was not high. Defenetly the staff went above and beyond but we won't return sorry.

Facilities, nice staff, value compared to money. Good heated pool, nice soft play area for kids.

Check in is too late 4 pm !!! You have to pay extra to check in on the usual times. Check out is 10 am which is early. I am not if they allow you to use the facilities on the day of checking out or not as I have not asked.

I like the cottages and the set up of the place. We have had a really excellent stay here before and this one was okay-good.

BROKEN SAUNA!! We loved the sauna last time, and it was very much a shame when we came back in from a long day on the bikes and they wernt working. We also wern't totally happy with the way we were dealt with when some people were drinking there own alcoholic drinks on the premise, totally understand not allowed to do that. However the managements response was uncoordinated, in stages (so kept interrupting us with new information) and conflicting.

Good value for money, fantastic food, good facilities, great if travelling with a dog.

We booked a pet friendly accommodation as needed to bring our dog with us. We have a non-malting dog and I was concerned at booking pet friendly accommodation, as wasn't sure if we would find dog hair etc, but it was really clean and didn't smell at all of pets. We had 2 bedrooms which was ideal. The bathroom was really nice with a good walk-in shower. Kitchen had all that we needed. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and good price!!! Really impressed, we ended up eating there every night. Steak night - great deal for two - you could choose the cut of meat that you wanted and hats off to the chef - it was really delicious and so well cooked! The resort had a swimming pool, a little shop, a cafe, restaurant (dog friendly one side - perfect!), a soft play area that is closed off from rest of the areas (perfect), table tennis tables, air hockey and they had even put up a tennis/badminton net across the main room for kids to be entertained when there wasn't official entertainment on. There were also games machines (playstation type machines hooked up to tv's) in the games room - although we didn't use these so can't comment on them, but a good idea.

Good stay, comfortable but not luxury

Good location close to the harbour but not in the middle of the action. Nice staff. Good space with what we needed.

Very unclean. Crumbled crisps down the side of the sofa, shower full of mould. Toilet was really cracked and so we were a bit concerned about it breaking which would have been dangerous. No soap, shower gel or washing liquid in the bottles, just empty bottles left by the sinks/ shower. Sofa cushions didnt fit the sofa so kept falling off also, just made it uncomfortable.

Nice place, we may come back

Good location, with enough parking space on site, staff were nice. It was good to have a bakery on site as well. The flat is big enough and the beds were comfortable. Although rather outdated and could use a general cleaning, the bedding and towels were clean. We enjoyed our stay overall.

It is not suitable for anyone who can't climb stairs, my mum had to stop several times while climbing the three flights of stairs... It could use a cleaning, windows were really dirty. There was no soap other than the shower gel. There is nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom. These are small details, but they can be easily fixed (apart from the stairs bit...).

The resort offers plenty of facilities for families and has all the basics covered. The staff were very nice, polite, and accommodating, always doing their best to help.

The room was in poor condition — walls were dirty, some windows were broken, and overall cleanliness was disappointing. We also noticed what seemed like dust mites or possibly bed bugs, which made our stay uncomfortable. Because of this, we felt the need to disinfect everything once we returned home.

Location was very good. Staff were friendly.

Equipment in apartment was falling apart ( wardrobes, coffee tables, dining table). Dirty bedsheet, shower was either freezing or roasting. Swimming pool was half closed, leaving only shallow end open. It's the summer season! Why is this not sorted? 'Terrace' was a tiny piece of decking sticking out from the cafe. Nowhere pleasant to sit outside, just one bench stuck on a bit of grass next to the hedge by the road. Not even a lamp in the lounge area, just one big main bright light. Sofas were tiny and low, no good for anyone over 5ft!

Better than I thought

I liked it all to be honest, I know people have said it doesn't look too good from the outside, but that's ok as I do agree, but once you get inside, it's definitely perfect for me and my 2 kids. I've paid more at other places that doesn't have a pool and sauna. I'm happy and WILL come back again for sure

A beautiful clean affordable place to visit and stay the local beach is 15 mins away and Tesco lite

How clean the hotel was, how much space was in the rooms, the showers were easy to use, kitchen had everything we needed tv worked sofas comfortable beds were also comfortable

More space to park, not much to do activity wise, couldn't use the pool as it was overcramped with children and ping pong was rented for a birthday party at night and there was boxing on at the same time so was left to stay in the room
