Loved the size of the property, it was a dream house, absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed, huge living room which was great to be sectioned off from the teenage boys and they both had their own rooms and bathrooms!! There are 4 bathrooms which we didn’t know!! Everything was so clean and well kept. The location was fantastic also and so very quiet
In the main top storey bedroom there was a window next to the bed which had no blind or curtain for privacy, it also let so much light in at 4.45am which I wasn’t a fan of being on holiday and I’m a light sleeper , and the bed was too soft but that’s our preference of mattress and don’t expect to have the perfect bed! ..also the refuse system was baffling..there were no boxes for the different recycling as stated in the house terms and the bins were wheelie bins labeled for not the address we were staying in so wasn’t sure what to use! - ended up leaving the recycling in bags - other than a this though the stay was superb

We had a very pleasant stay at this 4-bedroom house. The property was clean, tidy, and impressively spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Everything was well-maintained, and it felt like a welcoming home from the moment we arrived.
A lovely property and we would definitely consider staying again.
The only downside was the check-in and check-out times. Check-in wasn’t available until after 5pm, and check-out was at 10am, which felt a bit restrictive, especially when trying to make the most of the stay.

Ideal size for large groups. Modern layout and open plan. Beds were comfortable. Good location for walks to coastal path and town.
Issues with not receiving key box code before arrival. Shortage of cereal bowls and forks. WiFi code on document received incorrect. No recycling boxes available as described.

Large kitchen pleaty of utencils
Smelly...not cleaned properly...outside messy...t.v ,s not working...dish washer not good..recycling facility not availabe...moldy...
