Amazing location.

Friendly, helpful staff and useful information easy to find. Amazing location with brilliant views from the lodge. Everything I needed was provided and very clean.

The only thing was the sofa was difficult to sit comfortably on for a shorter person. I was grateful for all the cushions which I had to keep moving round.

Loved the hut and location with beach right on doorstep

Location was amazing although we didn't have a sea view witch was alittle disappointing The beach hut was quite spacious and clean and tidy . And loved the outside space and hot tub.

The sofa was very uncomfortable. We are both quite tall so found sofa too small and low. The kitchen was missing a few things eg a jug, decent frying pan( everything stuck) and plastic cups for outside use. Also maybe net curtains at bedroom windows for privacy( had to keep curtains closed) B

Lovely chillout.

Lovely peaceful location but within easy reach of amenities & ilfracombe town. It's perfect for solo people to chill out or as a romantic getaway. Had everything you could need & the hot tub was great & cleaned & checked every day.

There wasn't anything I didn't like but it did look bigger in the photos.

Beautiful surroundings. Lovely little place to stay. Would love to come back. It was clean and tidy, well decorated.

The room only had one toilet roll. The carpark was very tight. The listing wasn't very clear ref hot tub as all the images shown had photos of the hot tub but that wasn't the case.

The hot tub was brilliant and it was stocked with everything we could need.

The sea view that was advertised wasn’t what we got. It was blocked by other lodges. Still very close to the beach though.

Stay was great other than the little hiccups mentioned previously.

Location was good.

The heating did not work and had to call someone out. The guy came out very quickly and sorted it. The toilet had a problem and kept running all night. We woke up in the morning and it had also leaked onto the floor. Again we called someone and it was sorted while we were out again well done to him.

Perfectly situated, such a comfy bed! The hot tub was used daily, I’m so chilled!

Great stay

The property was lovely and suited all our needs. The huts are in a beautiful location, overlooking the sea with easy access to the town. The hot tub was lovely also.

The tv wasn’t a smart tv and the reception was poor, however this was minor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay a very relaxing break.

Lovely and clean great partial views of the beach. Peaceful location great beach and the local cafe serving a fab breakfast and an array of delicious cakes.

Our only criticism was the very small bathroom and shower not ideal for people who are not tiny unfortunately! Perhaps a shower curtain that you could pull around rather than a tiny shower door. We managed for our 3 night stay not sure we could manage a longer stay.

A relaxing peaceful break away from the stresses of work. Perfect location with a lovely walk into Ilfracombe.

It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect and we took advantage of the walk from Hele Bay into Ilfracombe one evening.

The bathroom was on the small side but had a powerful shower and good storage under the sink.

nice relaxing cabin just a short walk to the beach and pubs near by.

nice cabin loads of room bed was longer than my own and i have a king at home nice to be able to lie flat on my bk and still be on the bed being I'm so tall and very comfy.

looking out onto the car park only had a partial view of the sea. but at least we wasn't over looked by anyone if we were to use our hot tub that was a bonus.

Relaxing time, in a lovely chalet, beside the sea.

Our chalet was next to the sea and we fell asleep to the sound of waves coming into shore. The accommodation was spottlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, with a cafe by the beach, and a Spar shop a short walk away. We loved it.

We loved how peaceful and calm the retreat was. We were literally on the beach front and it had everything we needed. It is the perfect location as a base for days out.

A lovely, quiet place with the most amazing views.

Love, love, loved the holiday chalet. It was perfect. Spotlessly clean, cosy and everything we needed. To be honest I booked it not realising it was a couples place it was only afterwards I realised. But my son and I stayed there- I bought a blow up mattress for him. The location was just wonderful, you can be on the beach in less than two minutes. The car park is small. Luckily we came in my son’s car which is the size of a matchbox but there isn’t much room for manoeuvres.

Lovely location, very warm, clean, well appointed for the space available. Excellent value for money.

Unfortunately the photos of the cabin as advertised gave the impression it had an unobstructed view of the beach and this wasn’t the case for our cabin. We still had a fantastic time and would book again now we know the site layout.

Wonderful and relaxing

Wonderful location, also if there’s one place I could recommend for food it would be the Jube! A wonderful little pub, with amazing staff.

The only thing that was difficult was how tight the car park space was but other than that all perfect

Located right next to the beach, hot tub was wonderful and very comfortable bed

Bathroom smells quite damp, paid extra for a premier lodge, but the only thing that felt different was the fact there was a hot tub. Photos on website are quite deceiving, property much smaller than it looks. Could do with some repairs in places.

The ad shows a hot tub and said hot tub. Only 1 left so I booked it, but very very disappointed to not have a hot tub, I have bad legs was really looking forward to the hot tub, this ruined my experience

Perfect weekend trip

Absolutely loved the location. Right by the water so that you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea, and wake up to beautiful views in the morning. The lodge was so beautifully done and had everything we needed, with more gorgeous coastline a short drive away and a great pub (Thatched Inn) a short walk away.
