Location was excellent and the staff really helpful
Needed a bit of TLC but this was outweighed by the positives.

Location was great - being right by the sea really made the holiday.
TV - freeview reception poor, would recommend a firestick as a cheap option for guests to log in.

Beautiful views, friendly and very helpful staff.
Paid for a hot tub, or so it appeared, but on arrival found we didn't have one. Spent 3 hours sorting this out before we could start our holiday. The Booking.com helpline was useless, however Damian the site manager was amazing and sorted things for us.
