Location and , bed,
Bathroom, shower , toilet, broken blind, broken tv point, broken freezer door, broken hob. Not being able to open roof vents. Hot tub was nice but pillows were filthy and crumbling away. Hot tub lid was mouldy and the patio slabs were dirty. Generally tatty all round..

I love the location. The size of the property and the hot tub
It needs refreshing. The inside of number 15 needs a bit of tlc, especially in the bathroom. Also the view wasn't great, but the staff were great and tried to help.

Beautiful views, friendly and very helpful staff.
Paid for a hot tub, or so it appeared, but on arrival found we didn't have one. Spent 3 hours sorting this out before we could start our holiday. The Booking.com helpline was useless, however Damian the site manager was amazing and sorted things for us.
