The Lower bedroom (Master) is fitted with a King size bed and has an attached en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower.
Bedroom 2 has split and link beds that can be configured as a Super King bed or 2 x single beds along with a wall mounted Flat Screen TV.
Bedroom 3 is a flex room fitted with a Full size Murphy bed and French doors leading to the back garden area.
The rear garden area is paved and equipped with a newly purchased gas BBQ and picnic bench, perfect for meals and socializing.
There is an open plan living and dining room area with seating for 6 people around the dining table. In the living room there is a log burner and a 65" flat screen TV.
The kitchen is newly refitted with gas hobs and oven, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher along with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are spectacular ocean views from the living room and kitchen areas.
A short, scenic walk down the hill takes you straight to the bustling Ilfracombe Harbour. Here, guests can enjoy fresh seafood, view Damien Hirst’s famous Verity statue, or book a boat trip to Lundy Island.
The property is ideally positioned for exploring the dramatic North Devon coast. The unique, hand-carved Tunnels Beaches (a world-famous wedding and swimming venue) are just minutes away, while the soft sands of Wildersmouth Beach and the dramatic cliffs of Capstone Hill are right on your doorstep.
