About this house rental
The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. You are greeted by an entrance hall with a large lounge to your right. It has an eye-catching bay window, high ceilings and comfy sofas surrounding the original feature fireplace and Smart TV with Sky Movies package.
The open plan kitchen-diner is well-equipped and contemporary, It has a range style electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and has ample seating for 8 people. French doors lead out onto the patio garden which has rattan furniture and a BBQ.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms which both have king-size beds (1 x bed is zip and link - two singles on request), and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower and bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a bunkbed. Towels and linen are provided. A patio houses garden furniture to enjoy alfresco dining and there is plenty of on street parking outside the property. Dogs are welcome on request only and charges apply.

Excellent place, check in was easy, the hosts provided good communication prior to arrival, the location is great, the beds were comfortable. Definitely would recommend.

Lovely house with plenty of room. Weather was great and not too far to walk into the town and to the beach. Would definitely use this property again

I’m from Australia and booked this house to reunite for a long weekend with my siblings.
The house is amazing with quality furnishings and extremely comfortable for a large group. We enjoyed being able to walk into town or onto the cliff path from the house.
The courtyard proved to be a real sun trap and we sat out there for breakfast each day.

Beautiful property, 1920’s features but very run down. Paint and wall paper coming off the walls, dirty bedding and towels and old kitchen equipment. Location was great and the house had plenty of space for 6 people. Just needs better maintenance
