Nothing worked, full of damp, save your money.

Location nice, hard to park especially in the evenings

We had no heating or hot water and the house is full of damp, the oven didn't work either! We let the agents know and nobody came to fix while we was there. Very disappointed especially for the cost, some family had to leave and stay elsewhere as the damp was so bad it made their asthma worse. All we got was a sorry in an email.

Nice big rooms beautifully decorated lovely polished floors. Close to town centre, plenty of street parking.

In need of a deep clean as dust along skirting boards, dado rails, doors and under beds. Previous guests socks under bed. Several damp patches around house. Cooking pans and utensils old and burnt on food.

Good value break in a great location.

In a great location. We attended a wedding at the Tunnels Beaches during our stay which were only a ten minute walk away (though the walk back is mainly uphill). Very close to the local shops. We were generally able to park our car outside the house.

Mirrors at a useable height in the bedrooms would have been useful.

Disappointing stay, needs plenty of work to bring it back to former glory

Very warm and comfortable beds

Wet disappointed in the general state of repair of the house. Every room needs some work to bring it up to a standard that I think is reasonable when letting out as a holiday let. From curtains that don’t close properly to holes in walls and doors and flaking paintwork. The oven was in a disgusting state when we arrived but we did raise this and it was remedied, so thank you for that. If you cherish privacy this property is not for you as there are no blinds on the ground floor ar eh rear of the house and one feels very overlooked by neighbours. The shower I the top bathroom failed to get to a hot temperature meaning one where had to have a luke warm shower or a bath.

Loved the decor, lots space, nice and warm, very comfy beds and bedding, definitely value for money! Close enough to walk into town.

Drainage bit slow, bins full outside but i guess this depends on timing for collection.

Beds were comfortable House was a good size Third floor bathroom was good although window was see through therefore a negative

Lack of cleanliness- oven was very dirty did not want to use it, microwave had no plate inside it, floorboards were dusty and could see dirt, when walked into property and rooms there was an unpleasant musty smell. Seen a toenail under one of the beds. Compared to other properties we have stayed at bare minimum essentials (example only two bin bags left as spare, two toilet rolls) Not informed that garden is not private. Communication with agent was not great as when we needed heating on I contacted agent the phone line was closed at 8pm, I had left a message however no reply the following day. No information booklet to inform of local area, how to use appliances or where appliances were even located eg iron, ironing board, high chair esp the heating. asked beforehand need Travel cot/ high chair for baby. Was told this was set up by the cleaning team. These were not set up like we were told but had to try and find where it was and then set it up ourselves. Sofas smelt of cigarette smoke and were also dirty. There were no batteries in the TVremotes and the battery was running out in the heating controls. No window that opens on second floor toilet.

The beds were super comfy. The location brilliant. Very spacious.

The oven didn't work properly, or there were no instructions for us to use. The coffee machine also didn't work.

Great house in a prime location for groceries and beaches

Excellent size rooms giving our family space to relax , huge table which was great to sit round for games and meals

The damp areas especially the ceiling in the child’s bedroom. The dirt behind the sofa - I was trying to retrieve Childs toy so wasn’t trying to find fault !

Would recommend!

Loved the house, the layout, the decor, that there was ice in the freezer and a good location for walking into town.

There were several damp patches in the house. I have an old house as well so know what it's like, but there was rain that evening and water leaked through one of these spots onto our breakfast cereal box which we kept on the counter by the bread box. Also, there is quite a bit of damp around a switch to the left of the back door, which was made worse with all the rain and looks potentially dangerous.,

the whole property needs a bit of tlc it’s a beautiful property but some paintwork, and walls need attention. some of the mirrors are too high on the wall for me and there isn’t a full length mirror anywhere in the property. The garden is also in need of weeding and tidying up, it could be lovely but currently isn’t a very nice place to sit.

Lovely family house for up to 8 people and the town is only a short walk away.

Lovely big house with 4 bedrooms of which 3 were doubles and 1 had bunk beds. 2 bathrooms with showers and 1 had a slipper bath. Comfortable living room plus well equipped kitchen and large dining table for 8 people. Nice touch with a Christmas tree and Prosecco to celebrate our arrival.

Parking on the road only which was difficult due to other cars so we had to park further down and walk back. Upstairs bathroom had clear window with no curtains or blinds so we had to turn the light off to use it so no one could look in.

Gezellig huis, toch enkele aandachtspunten!

Toffe locatie en gezellig huis

Bij aankomst stond er een grote overvolle vuilbak (waarschijnlijk van de vorige huurders) naast de voordeur en die heeft er heel ons verblijf blijven staan. De antibaklaag van alle potten en pannen is totaal weg waardoor dit keukenmateriaal niet te gebruiken is. De patio is niet onderhouden.
