It was a lovely 3 storey house with amazing views. The rooms were spacious and it was an ideal location to explore Ilfracombe. We came away for a girlie weekend and had a lovely time using this as a base.
The bathrooms were awesome and the showers were powerful.
The large table meant we could all eat together and sit around playing games in the evening.
We would stay again if visiting the area and Fiona, the host, was really helpful and welcoming.
Single beds weren't as comfy for adults, more suited to children I imagine, but the doubles were lovely.

Location and views where great, nice size property. Easy access to the harbour down the footpath to the left of the house
House was tired felt tired, could really do with deep clean. We had a issue with the smell, when we walked in on the first day there was a really strong smell of gone off milk/bins, seemed someone previous might have spilt milk on the kitchen floor that hadn't been cleaned up properly. We had to give the kitchen a clean before we could take our food in. We did mention it to the host and they did send a cleaner out, however it was no better when we got back later that day. We also sat on one of the beds in the attic and the slats dropped which meant I had to put them back in together (Having looked at another reviews, someone else seemed to mention this). It's a shame as the this could be a fantastic house.
