Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Restaurants, Hafen und Supermarkt schnell zu erreichen, für ca. 50 Pfund kann man im City Council für 1 Woche eine Parkgenehmigung kaufen, der Parkplatz ist ca. 100m entfernt. Es gab ein Problem mit dem Abwasser, dies wurde aber innerhalb von 24h von einem Mitarbeiter behoben. 👍 ein schöner Garten mit einem wundervollen Ausblick gehört zum Haus, und ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht, alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank
Die Müllsammlung- und -Entsorgung in Ilfracombe ist für Ungeübte ein wenig kompliziert 😅

Beautiful cottage situated in the historic Fore Street in the heart of Ilfracombe near the harbour. The cottage is well equipped, comfy, homely and the beds are some of the best we have slept in. Only a stones throw from the harbour- everything is within easy walking distance including the many beaches and amenities on offer. The cottage has the benefit of a garden with amazing views- which is rare in the centre of town. There are a lot of steps to get to it, but they are easy to climb and it is well worth the effort. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back again. If staying for a week- definitely get a long stay 4-7 day permit for the car park- a much cheaper way of parking your car.

The location was good,nice garden with lovely views ,beaches,places to eat shops etc close buy.
The cottage was very cold ,heating did nor stay on for long had to keep putting on booster, no beakers to put toothbrushes/toothpaste in bathroom, the shower head was very dirty, no bath mat, or nonslip mat when using the shower.
The garden steps were very steep and the hand rail flimsy, didn`t feel safe. no recycling boxes, when going out the back door the drain cover was off so very nearly tripped over, wasn`t fully informed about the parking situation it cost us over £17 per night at nearest public car park plus if we stayed local we had to keep topping up.
