Lodge was very clean and comfortable and had a great kitchen with all the equipment you’d need to cook a meal if you wanted too, the lodge was very spacious and was in a good position on the site overlooking the countryside, the actual site was lovely and clean, very dog friendly big bonus and the Depot bar restaurant at the entrance was great, lovely food and nice staff.
The heating wasn’t working properly first day ok but stayed on all night so was very uncomfortable during the night by the morning it had gone off completely and didn’t come back on so was very cold on the second day, shame as the lodge was very nice but this did spoil our stay a little.
