The lodge had a lovely home from home feel.

The dining table & chairs, space saving ones.The chairs were very uncomfortable. There is room for table & chairs. In good weather the outside had table & chairs .Also a small table lamp would have been good as the ceiling lights were very bright, with only one set on.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the lodge was. My children are both under 5 so it was a safe zone for them Both. Everything we needed was available in the lodge. Beds could have been better but managed 3 nights stay. It was a decent break away.

Love the area, property was disappointing

Location was great.

Email, stated incorrect lock key code. Waited 30 mins for someone to call back to give correct key code. A large amount of mould in the shower. Towels were dirty. Bedding was dirty. The whole property felt like it wasn’t cleaned. Bed was uncomfortable. Would not recommend or stay at this property again. Not value for money.

The only downside was the shower cubicle needs new sealant and blinds in the bedrooms for privacy.

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und wohl gefühlt, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Sehr schön eingerichtet und prima ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Viel Platz und alles sauber. Wegbeschreibung und Check-in Beschreibung mit Schlüsselbox kurz vor Anreise super, Kontakt mit Vermietungsbüro auch. Das Restaurant am Platz ist sehr gut. Wir waren oft und gerne dort. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Supermarkt am Platz wo man die wichtigsten Einkäufe erledigen kann. Großer Supermarkt nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Bushaltestelle in alle Richtungen am Platz, so dass man das Auto auch stehen lassen kann.

Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren etwas muffig. Zu Fuß kommt man leider nicht weit. Es handelt sich um einen in sich geschlossenen Park umgeben von Farmland. Deshalb keine Möglichkeit abgesehen von stark befahrener Straße z.B. nach Ilfracombe oder Woolacombe zu laufen. Auto oder Bus erforderlich.
