Location, parking, size of rooms, view, very clean and modern, lift, well resourced apartment for cooking, everything you would need was provided.
I found the double bed a little uncomfortable, but everyone else were happy with the beds.

Spacious, quality furnished modern apartment with fantastic uninterrupted sea views and secure parking and a Good location in the town with everything walkable.
Welcome folder was a mess with No information about how the heating worked, with 8 different thermostats in the flat! Main bed was too firm for us. Could hear movement in the flat above. Guttering over the bedroom balcony overflows in rain making alot of noise outside bedroom window. Unfortunately we had high winds while we stayed which also meant there was noise from the window frames and exposed drafts in second bedroom and master en-suite.
