A great stay at Horne Cottage, would return and definitely recommend to others. The location is excellent - a short walk to Ilfracombe harbour/amenities and well located to reach other parts of North Devon by short car journey. The cottage was pristine and very comfortable, especially beds and beautifully laundered linen/towels provided. Check-in/out was very easy via a keysafe and meant we could arrive any time, we didn't meet the hosts in person but they're just next door if needed.
Parking wasn't easy when we first arrived late in the evening but could park on surrounding streets and subsequently managed to park right outside the property - would be tricky with a large vehicle. From the facilities listed we expected to be able to make tea and coffee when we arrived but the kitchen doesn't have any supplies - would recommend to others to bring tea, coffee and basic ingredients (oil etc) if planning to cook.

A perfect seaside retreat
The property was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a great stay. It was really well situated with everything in Ilfracombe a short walk away & local spots like Woolacombe & Croyde a short drive away. The hosts Juliet & Del were so attentive throughout. We have stayed in many cottages but this was by far our favourite & we will definitely return.
